I had booked 2 rooms and requested for adjacent rooms as i was travel-ling with family. While my other additional requests were catered i was not informed in advance that 2 premium deluxe rooms aren't available on 1 floor. So ideally each floor has one suite, 1 premium room and rest all deluxe. So my experience was soiled at arrival. I wasnt informed about this until i arrived and had to adjust with one downgraded room (with no financial adjustment to the full prepayment made. I must accept the location is prime and mid way to any part of the city(my prime reason to have selected this hotel. Food was good, the service needs a special mention. I had a weird incident that i had waiter barge (no knock or ringing bell) in open door room asking if food tray could be picked. The food has just arrived 20 minutes back. My experience made me realise that yashwee isnt bothered about customer it's bothered about its business. I regret having selected yashwee over sonnet.
