220 km north of Helsinki, L.Päijänne/Patalahti area 20 m, shallow, hard sand bottom. Every chalet has its own approx. 17-m long shoreline and own rowing boat.

Planed log chalet with 3 storeys, chalet built in 2008: downstairs living room, 2 bedrooms 2 beds in each, utility room, WC, dressing room, washroom, large sauna (electric stove), terrace, with hot water whirlpool bath tub for 7 people by arrangement. Middle floor: kitchen, living room, bedroom 2 beds with own washroom and WC. Another bedroom 1 bed (120 cm), washroom, wc, large sleeping loft with 6 beds and balcony. Additionally, storeroom for outdoor equipment/gear.

Fully equipped chalet, with e.g. ice cube machine, spin drier, heating pump/inverter air conditioning system providing cooling in summer, broadband internet connection (included in price). Chalet also has extensive satellite channel ‘package’. In summer gas-fired barbecue grill. Set of 3 buildings, each house being connected to the next by a car port. However, each house has its own shore and yard, as also jetty. Chalet also suitable for small scale events like parties.

Bed linen (sheets and towels) for 14 persons is included in the total price.

Conference room can be rented € 100 per acommodation period and whirlpool bath tub 300 € per accommodation period (additional expenses). Change of pool water = new payment. Billing for the conference room and tub will be done with the accommodation booking. So please notify if you want to book them when you are making the booking.

Note! Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).

Keski-Himos ski slopes 400 m, maintained ski trails and snowmobile trail 100 m. Adventure services available from Himos resort, restaurants, Himos Areena approx. 1.2 km. Jämsä 9 km, Jyväskylä 55 km, Tampere 95 km and Lahti 115 km.
