1) Staff is very rude.
2) NO ammunities provide by hotel. everthing which they are sh
3) No cleaness at all including bathroom.
4) As they were talking we felt humiliated
5) "Don't be fooled by the website's pictures., and the WiFi barely worked.. Total scam!"

The hotel room is too small and untidy we also stay in there near by hotels earlier the rent is lower and room size is big and ambience is good as compared to them

Every thing good except lackness of cleaning of all sanitary hardware in toilet and bath room, feels smells while entering and staying inside the room

I recently stayed at Hotel Satyam in Jammu, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. The rooms were nothing like what was shown online; they were dirty and had a foul smell. Some of the staff were also quite unprofessional and unhelpful. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. It was the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel.

i recently stayed at hotel satyam in jammu, and i must say it was a disappointing experience. the rooms were nothing like what was shown they were dirty and had a foul smell. some of the staff were also quite unprofessional and unhelpful. i would not recommend anyone to stay here. it was the worst experience i’ve had in a hotel.. room with dirty bathrooms and poorly maintained facilities.
