Le Roi Jammu - Near Jammu Railway Station

- The hotel location is good. The only challenge is the continuous railway announcements coming to you. But that is bearable. - The front desk is really helpful. I was tired from a trip and they helped me check in a couple of hours before the scheduled check-in time seeing my tiredness. - Good ambience overall with a separate dining area and secured lifts. - The toilet (room# 201) was dirty - specifically the WC. - Bathroom exhaust fan is too noisy. - No wardrobes. - Delayed service - asked for shower caps as caps are available on demand only. It took almost an hour to deliver after repetitive calls. - They need to consider providing an electric water kettle in the room seriously. The common area service for tea/coffee and hot water is good. But does not provide the right level of service and comfort. - If someone wants to drink multiple glasses of warm water, the person needs to go and sit there. - Morning tea, you need to go outside the room I think considering the cost of an electric kettle, it could be more economical and manageable.

If you wanted to catch train for tmrrow, this is the best location to stay. Even in walking distance, u may go to nearest local shopping shop to eat and find things. Its like a bazaar about 500m from the hotel. However, need to bear with announcement of train untill 12.00 am, but still ok. Tq to Mr Ram the Manager there for the great service. He help me a lot to book the train ticket.

My stay at Le Roi was excellent and truly hassle-free. I had accidentally made a booking for 13th May instead of 13th April on MakeMyTrip. Since the booking was non-refundable, it was a bit stressful at first. However, the hotel staff, especially Mr. Rajesh, coordinated with MakeMyTrip and arranged a room for me against the same booking date, which was a big relief. There was a bit of difficulty due to the non-refundable nature of the original booking, but the support from Mr. Sharma (General Manager) was truly commendable. He ensured everything was handled smoothly. Thanks to the helpful and cooperative staff, my overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended!

Poor service, no values for the guest. Parking menace. Railway noise pollution. The rooms are not sound proof. Torn out bed sheet was part of my bedding. No bath chappals. The switches on right side of bed not working. Overall bad experience.

The property is decent, but the facilities and service are subpar. During my stay, there was no hot water for two consecutive days due to a faulty geyser, and the staff took no urgency in addressing it. Additionally, the key to Room 214 was non-functional, requiring frequent trips to get a master key.No toiletries were provide . Overall, a frustrating experience. Very dirty beddings adding snaps for reference

it was all Excellent, comfortable and hygiene, Staff is really polite and Cooperative, prominent location adjourn with Jammu railway station, food is awesome in taste, service is also good or can depends on rooms occupation.................
