From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and the friendliest staff who truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Whether it was recommendations for the best spots in town or their quick service at any hour, they made every moment special. Margaret and her team are excellent. Douglas was also amazing. The rooms? Immaculate and beautifully designed with stunning ocean views – waking up to the sound of waves was a dream! ️ And don’t even get me started on the food – fresh, delicious, and so many options to choose from. the waiting staff are all brilliant Ismael was very good and was very warm and welcoming. The Chef Phil was excellent. But what really stood out? The vibe! The hotel radiates fun and relaxation, perfect for couples, families, or solo travelers. ‍♂️ Whether you’re lounging by the pool, sipping cocktails on the beach, or joining them in the evening, there’s something for everyone. I can’t recommend Fun Beach Hotel enough – if you’re planning your next holiday, this is the spot. Trust me, you won’t want to leave! ✨

Good place with three pools and direct access to Jambiani beach. Nice bungalows that all have pool view. Small but nice with little terrace in the front However I would recommend to eat elsewhere as there is way better places (such as Alma and Passion boutique hotel within 3/4min walk by the beach) that have amazing food for 2/3$ more than this hotel Breakfast is not really good either Some staff are little pushy to ask for tip and keep repeating their massages/excursions options. I’ve stayed 2 weeks in the country and never experience this. If you get a good rate for your stay its ok otherwise other places nearby might be better

This place might be showing as resort or maybe we have a different interpretation. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bar dining area was great . Our room on the other hand, no tea or coffee making, no hair dryer. The air conditioning was second rate, it took hours to cool the room down on a 32 deg day. Even worse when you left your room it was switched off…Also there was no cold water or anyway to have cold drinks in your room, except ask for a bucket of ice from the bar. Sand was an issue trying to keep it out of your room as the paths were all sand.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. The hotel is just as it looks in the pictures, nice and the outside areas are well maintained. The rooms, are very small and quite damp due to the integrated shower. The pillows are damp, even ours were mouldy (we had them changed). The mosquito nets have holes in them (they were replaced with new ones) and the toilet has no ventilation. The safe box did not work and we were never able to use it. There are no amenities, they offer the same body soap and shampoo, no body lotion. The food in the restaurant is VERY mediocre and the staff speaks very little English, so it is very difficult to place an order with any intolerance or personal request (they almost never took it into account and brought the dish as it was on the menu, we ended up talking to the chef to clarify our intolerances), but in the end, for guests with any kind of intolerance/allergy, I would NOT recommend this hotel. The service in the restaurant is very slow, it took us about an hour and a half to dine, ordering only one drink and one dish per person. The glasses in the restaurant are made of plastic and very old. We do not recommend ordering breakfast to take away (breakfast box), we requested it the day of check out for 5:30am and it was not prepared, so we had to leave the hotel WITHOUT breakfast and without ANY solution, only an apology, even having paid for it as we had half board. To sum up, very poorly managed hotel with maintenance and hygiene/cleaning work to be done in order to meet the expectations of a 3 star hotel. We will recommend our travel agency to stop working with this hotel.
