Thank you again Babu Villas for the warm hospitality, and congratulations on creating something truly special in Jambiani. I visited during an intense period of work, seeking a mental sanity break… and that’s exactly what I got. Babu Villas offered a calm, peaceful, and genuinely restorative environment. It’s rare to find a place that feels so in tune with nature, while still offering every comfort. The vibe is environment-friendly, beautifully designed, and never intrusive. Every step of the experience was smooth and well thought out : from the moment of reservation, to the check-in, to the day-to-day interactions with your team. Everything just worked, effortlessly, and that made a big difference. I’ll absolutely be recommending Babu Villas to friends and colleagues who need a quiet reset.

Our stay in October was absolutely amazing. What we loved about it: the welcoming atmosphere thanks to the team, the location direct at the beach, the pool which was a dream for the kids, the cosines of the villa furnished with love to every detail and equipped with everything necessary and useful (I loved wearing the kimono made out of the local kanga cloth) the delicious breakfast with fresh juice, good coffee, sweet & salty dishes, the various spots inviting to chill.. we haven’t used it but there is also the option to invite a chef for dinner.. together with the view and the sound of the ocean it was perfect for us. The security helped a lot with feeling save also during the night. Thanks Leonie, Selina, Rehema & the whole team who took care of us so well ❤️

Babu Villas is a serene paradise located right on the beach. I took a solo trip as my husband wasn’t able to make the trip with me. Being alone and having the top floor apartment made me feel an extra level of safety (along with the night security that the property staffs). The staff were a huge part of what makes this property so special. Selina, the property manager, was attentive throughout my stay. Rehema was attentive as well - bringing a refreshing drink along with a cool snack made my day. The chef was amazing too (would make simple foods delicious). I had a lovely massage right in the apartment by a lovely lady from the island. The breeze from the ocean made the massage even more relaxing. Remember this is a tropical area and may have mosquitoes, lizards, and ants. The staff was more than helpful to ensure I had no issues (even reminded me to keep the doors closed when there was no breeze from the ocean). If you’re looking to relax and see real parts of the island, Babu Villas is just the place for you.

This place is nothing less than perfect. The attention to details, the comfort, the convenience, the most stunning views, the locally inspired decor, the fully equipped kitchen and incredible beauty of the place at every turn- built with love and it shows!

Wow einfach eine unfassbar schöne Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Ein sehr liebenswert es und zuvor kommendes Personal. Das Frühstück wird auf das Zimmer gebracht dann wenn du Bescheid gibst. Wir waren 2 Wochen dort und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Für all unsere Fragen und Anliegen war Selina (Managerin) steht's zur Verfügung. Babu Villas gehört zu New Teddys und auch dort konnten wir abhängen und essen (sehr zu empfehlen)Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit

Sehr liebevoll gestaltet ! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ! Tolle saubere Anlage mit 3 wunderschönen Appartements . Tolles Personal super freundlich und alles funktioniert sehr unkompliziert . Wir können Babu Villas absolut weiterempfehlen . Vielen Dank nochmal an Rehema - unseren Koch Smai und auch an Selina und das ganze Team
