Very bad no body was there to support for the luggage and check in. No geaser, no warm water, torn linens, foul smell, no restaurant, no food basket. I mean you name it and nothing was there. Horrible lighting arrangement in the room, no toilet kit, i will request to refund the money without any query.

Hotel atmosphere is very very poor. Food is not available in dine so i eat from outside. Brackfast is not include in my booking

Bathroom was not cleaned and sanitary tap was leakage found and staff behaviour is rudely, and there was not any hook in bathroom for clothes
