I have visited earlier also, but this time it’s too much heavy for me as they experience I got was terrible. Firstly the staff didn’t coordinate proper the food they served was very less on demand. There were no positive approach. The management staff also ignore us as the Wi-Fi setting and the services Were very bad. Had informed 5 to 10 times, but no one cared at the breakfast time the food which they provided was so so so cold, I ask for pouch egg. but they given me the half fried and ask for the food other. They denied the coffee which they served was with milk and water. The taste was so ugly. I can’t afford it. I left this place having check out. I also ask Management team is there only a single hotel in this area because your your behaviour shows that this was the ugliest and ugliest stay in Mirabel Hotel. I suggest you not to suggest any other person customer will not get good service.
