As a three star some things were anticipated like slow service, rude staff, and missing amenities. But the tariff over and above that actually doesnt make sense. If you are with a guide, you will be served breakfast or you would be asked to self serve, two hours for hot water because the system is centralized to the whole building, blanket cover given only when asked, no customization of even an omlet, rude staff saying “apne aap le lo chai” are some of the services we got when we took a higher value room with them costing for three people.
