Copacabana Hotel and Suites - Adults Only

¡Este lugar es asqueroso y este sitio web es una mentira! ¡Todo lo que quieren es tu dinero! Este lugar es un desastre, está sucio, no hay nadie en la recepción. Reservé para el 6-8 de agosto con jacuzzi. Entonces llegamos allí el 6 de agosto. por la noche No había nadie en la recepción. Hasta que encontramos a alguien El tipo tuvo que llamar a una señora por teléfono para hablar inglés.  Llegamos a la habitación con el jacuzzi que no tiene energía hidráulica y nos tomaría tal vez tres días llenar 100 galones. el baño es asqueroso, no hay agua caliente. Intenté comunicarme con la recepción, no había nadie allí. Entonces  A la mañana siguiente nos fuimos. Le dije a la recepción que no estaba contento. Me dijo que me comunicara con Trip y que me reembolsarían. Todavía estoy esperando el último mes. Me comuniqué con Trip, les envié correos electrónicos de ida y vuelta durante el último mes y todos dicen que están tratando de comunicarse con el hotel. Nunca volveré a reservar con ellos, es una estafa, nunca le devolverán su dinero, ya que la supervisión se limita a reservar ******* y otros sitios, pero no este, nunca le reembolsarán su dinero. Te van a ofrecer monedas para reservar nuevamente a través de ellos. ¿Por qué iba a tomar las monedas para reservar otro hotel que sea el sitio adecuado para ellos? Las fotos son del jacuzzi y cuanta agua puedes ver que sale. ¡Despacio!

The staff was wonderful but the property is falling apart which is probably why no one else was there. There were a few older gentlemen who seem to be regulars there that definitely made it uncomfortable for us as a couple. The raccoons living in the ceiling were just an added bonus

This hotel is a DUMP, a RAT HOLE. Built probably between 1960 and 1970 it has never been renovated nor maintained. When I arrived the reception area was empty. I found an employee who immediately offered me a room upgrade at no charge and led me to my room. Let me decribe this hotel: My room was relaitively clean, but its door rubbed against the floor and would open only half-way. On the bed 2 bath towels which at some time must have been white but were now grey. No desk on which to put a computer and work. A balcony: its patio door was so rusted that I could not open it more than half. On the balcony a jacuzzi, empty and with rusted jets, 2 chairs which cushions were cracked with the filling coming out. No facecloths nor hand towels in the bathroom. A small wardrobe with some hangers, but no shelf nor drawers. A safe, but the digital pad was nor functional; they gave me a key for it. The hotel wifi network was not functional. The employee gave me another network to use, but it was so unstable that it would disconnect afer a few seconds. I went down to explore the area. No gardening. The first pool was clear, but no one aroud. The second pool was hazy and again no one around. I felt I was the only guest at this hotel. I asked for the restauant and was told it was CLOSED !! I decided to leave and went back to my room to look for another hotel on my computer. After approximately 15 attemps to stay conected I abandoned and went to the Best Western close by. Trip Advisor should remove the 4 out of 5 rating for this hotel. As a matter of fact Trip Advisor should remove this hotel entirely from its listings. DO NOt GO THERE !!
