I can not say enough good about this hotel and the staff. especially Olivia who is the asst general manager. I am a hospice nurse. I just started with a new company and came into town late for training the next morning. when I got to the hotel they had no company acct on file and wanted me to put down my own credit card to pay for all the days I would be there at once. I dont carry a credit card. and I dont have that much money in my bank acct. I almost started crying thinking I would be sleeping in my car. Olivia gave me a room. without a credit card or cash and just asked that I get it taken care of asap. WHO does that? I was so thankful. and yes it was taken care of this morning but she could not have known that. as far as I am concerned she is an angel. besides that the room was wonderful. bed was very comfortable and clean . Breakfast was pretty good. the shower was awesome with very hot water. I could not ask for a better place to stay. I will always stay here in the future when I come into town.

We stopped here for the night on a road trip to Gatlinburg. Check in was quick and easy and the digital key actually worked. The hotel was built in 2015, and the room seemed clean and modern with cold ac. Our bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. The only less than perfect detail was the bathroom door required extra effort to close, seemed to need an adjustment of some kind but did close and lock with effort. We did not try the breakfast or other amenities. Overall, a great stay! We would stay here again.

This was a great hotel for our one night stay. Very clean. comfortable bed. No noise issues. Your typical moderately priced Marriott property. No complaints. Did not try the free breakfast because we wanted something more substantial. Would definitely stay here again.

I usually stay at this hotel when in town on business. It is consistently very clean and well-kept. The staff is friendly. The only real negative is the breakfast. The quality of the breakfast is not as good as that offered of most comparable hotels.

I was in town for a wedding from 3/21 through 3/24. I got a first floor room (105). LOVED MY STAY! Very clean and very peaceful hotel. Recently I drove from florida to michigan and stayed at several hotels that were unsatisfactory. This is made my decision for the future that I will only stay at fairfield inns if I can help it. Thank you again. I usually can't sleep away from home but this comfortable place.I slept like a baby!
