Hotel manager never wanted to work anything out but they take money from extended stay customers. He wanted his daughter to “ work” and have her opportunity to get a good laugh, assuming I would argue with him when he asked me to leave; I had booked late a few times over a 90 day period and waits after the New Year to make a kick about it. He kept wanting me to stand around after I swiftly agreed-thanks to Trip.com- to move to another room with the same motel chain close by, called & told them “trip.com informed me you denied my booking, I’m coming to gather my things,” they all lied on the phone and had me standing there for 45 mins -1.5 hour instead of giving me access to go get my stuff. So when I’m done, he comes to the door to micromanage and says “please keep this door closed for occupancy reasons,” just to see how far along I’m done and continued to deny blocking the confirmation claiming “we did NOT cancel your reservation (cuz he thought I wanted or needed my money back from HIM).
