A wonderful experience of conducting marriage ceremony of son. All arrangements were made as desired. Whole heartily treatment by the entire staff and cooperation beyond imagination. The total hospitality of the entire staff,specially of Shri Devendra Singh, Banquet, Manager was outstanding. Thanks to all from bottom of my heart.

I had booked 20 ac dlx rooms and one suite from 28 -30 Apr 25 for family marriage. On 30th while closing the keys of the hotel rooms i forgot to carry my cash bag which contained some bundles of notes of 500, 200,100,50,20,10 denomination and unaccounted . After sometime while I was looking for the bag and searching it frantically everywhere,I got call from hotel kalchuri residency that they have found a bag that contains identity card and few bundles of notes.. I am really impressed and re-affirmed my faith in God and the system that few good men still exist in the world for whom instant gratifications does not matter. I got my identity card and wards of notes back within hour. I am really grateful to the team and management people who deliver the stuff to me.

Very comfy stay at this simple but comfortable hotel. The staff is very attentive and helping, and the service doesn't leave any room for complaints. Located strategically - Kalchuri is never far away from any place and being close to the railway station- it is always quite busy.

An exceptional experience of warmth, care, curtesy and professionalism. Located near the Jabalpur city railway station, close to the Sadar bazaar shopping it offers great value. The in-house restaurant serves fantastic breakfast catering for all tastes. The check in and checkout was seamless. The staff is polite and attentive. The house keeping is prompt and perfect. The beds and pillows are comfortable.

It has clean environment, excellent service and Mr Rawat is an amazing person,easy booking and healthy breakfast and lunch options available anytime .Rooms are always clean and tidy with toiletries available ***** with vanity kit, disposal bag and their own special emergency kit .All of these items are available anytime I want and they are super convenient to use
