Atlantica Princess Hotel

We had a fantastic experience at the Atlantica Princess Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond — nothing was too much trouble, and they were always warm, welcoming, and professional. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety every day, and the dining area was always clean and well-organized. Our room was lovely, spacious, and kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were excellent — whether it was the pool area, the bars, or the entertainment, everything was well-maintained and added to a truly relaxing holiday. Would 100% recommend and definitely hope to return again soon!

Currently nearing the end of our week in Rhodes. First time ever visiting this part of Greece and we are absolutely thrilled we chose the Atlantica Princess. Lovely clean large room (we ordered the suite which has two bathrooms are two balconies, one with pool view and one with sea view, amazing!) We went all inclusive and the food is overall very nice. A few items here and there have been a little bland but overall delicious! The alcoholic drinks are a little hit and miss but fine. The staff are wonderful and work so so hard. Alex in the dining area is so lovely, and the gentleman serving the drinks in the evening outside near the stage is also wonderful! Overall a lovely week, thanks to Atlantica Princess!

I think it’s always important to write a non biased but honest review so on that bases I would say that the hotel is a midrange establishment with maybe some updating needed here and there, the staff are fantastic but I believe have to work to tight management budget regimes, I was surprised to find out when I asked for extra coffee sachets in my room ( two sachets had been used by then ) that this wasn’t an option and to make this happen I would need to pay a charge of four euros per day for the pleasure of a coffee sachet, but the local mimi markets sell coffee so maybe I could go and buy some !!!!, such a shame that such small mindedness is prevalent at this hotel, I am extremely well travelled world wide and this is the first time ever this has been said to me. This type of penny pinching attitude toward guests really does let the place down, I enjoy a coffee when I wake up on holiday in my room but the Atlantic princess really don’t seem to care what there guests would like, this is what they do and that’s the way it is, I was offered a free sachet for the next day after asking but I felt embarrassed for the staff and the situation so left it as it was. The rooms are cleaned every day so high praise for all the lovely people working hard to do this daily, the restaurant staff are fantastic and the food is wide ranging and more than acceptable. The pool area is spotlessly clean and a pleasure to be around. Overall it’s a lovely hotel with fantastic staff. The lack of coffee sachets in the room will unfortunately be the reason I won’t be coming back with my family again, it almost seems petty to say this but I believe it’s the small things that make all the difference and that goes a long way to making a good holiday a special holiday, all previous hotels I’ve stayed in have done this effortlessly.

It was my first time getting a massage and was excellent! I was very comfortable on the bed and the products smelt and felt amazing on my skin. Lucy my therapist was very sweet and comforting, done an amazing job.

The hotel and spa were amazing, the people were friendly and food was great. A big thank you to all members of staff as they made our stay very welcoming. I had a massage in the spa and Lucy was very professional and made me feel so relaxed.

We booked this hotel based on reviews from this site. There are some good and some bad points on the hotel but it’s all honest and I am not a negative person and enjoy any holiday I go on despite how this review may read. We usually do 10 nights but I am glad we have only done a week. We spoke with another couple that arrived the same day doing 2 weeks and I felt a bit sorry for them. Food: Food is good and better than other all inclusive hotels we have stayed at. If you do book this hotel after reading this review. Have any beef dish they serve apart from beef liver, that is still beef liver. Drinks are sometimes good and sometimes bad. They must use different vodka because sometimes it’s nice and sometimes it leaves a dry taste in your mouth. Room: Balcony is very small, probably about a meter out from the door. Shower is in a bath which you can’t stand shoulder width apart in so I have been showering standing sideways which is still uncomfortable. I’m 5ft9 so good luck if you’re 6ft. You won’t get your fridge topped up with water, you have to reuse the same bottle or buy more bottles from the shop to have a drink available in your room in the morning. Pool: Sunbeds are busy but we never struggled to get a bed If you like to be in the sun when sunbathing, you will have to move the bed 3/4times a day because every single pair of sunbeds has an umbrella cemented in the ground. The pool is too small, you can’t enjoy it because you will always have someone within touching distance next to you. Make sure to take your water bottle down as water isn’t available at the bar. Entertainment: Great for kids A bit dead for couples Location: Be prepared to spend a lot on transport. It cost €18 to the old town which we have done most nights and in the day. We have got the bus to Lindos from old town which was nice and costs €11 return per person. Nothing else really round it. Other points: You will get bitten. Me and my girlfriend never usually get bit but have multiple bites. Just make sure you don’t scratch them and make them worse for yourself. We paid around £1000 for a week here, after reading the reviews we thought this was a fair price, after staying here it really isn’t great value for money and you can definitely get something better for the same price. Or splash out an extra £200 for the Caribbean for 11 nights. That was a holiday we went on in April for £1200
