Everything fits perfectly for you to have a nice stay !Entrance: The apartment is located in the first floor of a house. You will also find the Ixelles 1, 2 and 4 accommodations in the same house. If you travel by group, the Fernand Coq is located in the neighboring house.\nThe neighborhood: Ixelles is a living, multicultural and full of hot spots quarter! The apartment enjoys a nice location and you will have every facility at hand: Place Fernand Cocq, at a 4 minutes' walk: restaurants, bars, snack bars, chemists… and at a 5 minutes' walk, near the Chaussée d'Ixelles: a laundry room, little stores, a bookshop, supermarkets (Delhaize and Carrefour) and many boutiques.Try exotic flavored dishes! Walk just 10 minutes and meet the Saint-Boniface Place where a dozen international restaurants, bars and terraces will tickle your taste buds.
