Location is good. Lots of eateries outside hotel. Hotel parking at ¥1000 per night. Front desk staff- Mr. Suganawa is friendly and especially helpful. Thank you, Suganawa-San! Free flow of nuts, coffee, soft drinks and alcohol for guests at lounge. Amenities is available at self service at lobby. Room is small. Though room is renovated but the dresser and headboard seem very old.

Overall the place location is good and relaxing, we did some hikes. But there are a few things to take note: 1. if your travel group needs 3 rooms, 1 of the room on the 2nd floor doesnt have toilet access. 2. the wifi is extremely bad, we gave up using it and switch to our mobile data almost the entire stay and hotspot one another. so be warned about this. 3. there is a camera pointing to the garden in the opposite adjacent house in front of the golf putting green. makes us feel being watched!

I saw the review and understood guests had troubled to check in. I encountered the same problem. I did not receive any check-in code a day prior check-in. Luckily, I got the help from a Japanese to call Rakuten and then got the check-in details. Communication needs to improve for sure. Other than that, we had a happy stay.

The hotel was new and clean. The bed is 1.2m wide, which was comfortable. Our window faced the farmland and a pond, which was picturesque. The design of the bathroom and toilet was weird. Breakfast had limited choices and was not worth the money.
