Beautiful modern, well-furnished holiday home with panoramic windows, sandy beach with jetty and rowing boat. We really appreciated that. There was also a beautiful view of the lake from the sauna. Even reindeer greeted us. We were able to go for walks in

Modern villa by the lake Livojärvi, known for its white sandy beaches. Sandy, shallow beach in front of the cabin is very suitable for children. Cooking hut has a fireplace with grates. Wood-burning sauna stove in the sauna.
65 km to the northwest from Kuusamo, 18 km to the south from the center of Posio, lake Livojärvi 30 m (length 20 km, width 2.5 km), own rowing boat.
Wood-built villa, built in 2022. Spacious living room/kitchen, double bed in bedroom, two separate beds in second bedroom (can be attached if needed), 2 folding mattresses (can be placed freely if needed), washroom/WC and covered terrace. The sauna has wood-burning sauna stove and water supply (cold and hot water), access to the sauna via a covered terrace.
Electric car charging possible for an additional fee, 0,29€/kWh. Payment to the owner according to consumption. Maximum charging power 11 kilowatts. In addition, the villa is equipped with an air source heat pump, which can be used also for cooling. Indoor units are located in the living room/kitchen and both bedrooms.
The beach is very shallow, and the swimming depth can be reached not until tens of meters from the beach. Ball chargoal grill and small patio on the beach.
Pentik (factory outlet store, museum, café) 22 km, Kirinnonvaara ski resort 25 km, Korouoma canyon 40 km, Riisitunturi National Park 55 km, Kuusamo Tropical Spa 65 km, Ruka 75 km, Ranua Zoo 95 km.
In winter, snowmobile trails runs to Posio and Iso-Syöte across the lake Livojärvi. There are 16 km of hiking trails and sheds in nearby Hirsiniemi region. Reindeer farm Valkean Peuran valtakunta is about 4 km away, where you can get traditional food and reindeer rides by prior arrangement.
In winter, 2 pairs of sliding snowshoes are available.
Lake Livojärvi has vendace, whitefish, trout and grayling.
Fishing areas: 2595 Livojärvi and 2599 Livojoki (see www.eraluvat.fi). Small game hunting area: 2620 Posio (see www.eraluvat.fi).
