Absolutely perfect 11 day stay - the staff are so friendly and helpful and obviously very well trained for the luxury market - the service was impeccable and i was very impressed. Food and chocolates and pastries were all excellent and the rooms were very comfortable and hotel is in a great location with many great restaurants options close at hand

This week was our second stay at the VAKKO Hotel And Residence. I have to admit that despite that me and my wife have been real fans of the cafe at the hotel, I had second doubts about staying there and was always relying on the well know luxury brands next to the Bosphorus. It was due to my wife's request to try the hotel since it was close to the hospital that we had to attend, so we decided to try and I have to say that this was the best decision ever. The staff, the property, the amenities and everything in this hotel is absolutely perfect ! We have been to many places, but this is certainly in the top tier of service we have ever experienced ! The suites that we occupied in both of our visits are absolutely great in size, design and feel ! So good that we are ready to miss the Bosphorus view and for us there is no doubt that this is our place when it comes to Istanbul from now on. Thanks to the great staff and keep the good work guys !

A beautiful building, with exquisitely appointed rooms and elegant décor, as one would expect of Vakko. The design of the suites combines indulgent comfort with state-of-the-art electronics. Think the highest quality bed linen, the most comfortable beds, duvets and pillows, alongside automated blinds, airtight double glazed French doors, and lighting and air conditioning all controlled through your tablet, with the option of manual override in each of the rooms. The colour scheme is a tasteful neutral palette, with splashes of accent colours to lift the mood and individualise the décor of each suite. The amenities include perfectly connected WiFi; butler service (immaculate in-room dining even at 3am!); espresso machine; TV with Netflix, Disney and Amazon Prime; surround-sound system; Technogym workout kit; and Vakko bath products – superb quality and beautifully fragranced. The gym is state of the art; the latest equipment and work out space, immaculately maintained. I had a great work out each day. The marble-lined spa offers a huge variety of different treatments - ayurveda, deep-tissue and aromatherapy techniques, all also available in-room. The restaurant (Vakko Atelier) is not patronised in the way it deserves. The food (and service) is excellent. We ate there twice during our stay. I enjoyed one of the best French omelettes I have ever tasted, alongside superb burrata, carpaccio, smoked salmon, fillet steak (ordered blue – perfectly cooked) and seabass. The wine list is short, but carefully selected. On our first visit, we had not realised that the kitchen closes quite early. There was not the slightest hint that we had arrived late – the food was cooked perfectly, with effortless grace and a smile. An important point is that it is possible to eat very healthily, either in the restaurant, or in room – for example, egg white omelettes and a variety of vibrantly fresh salads. On the opposite end of the scale, Vakko’s chocolate covered Turkish delight and Macarons are moreish (be warned!) – boxes of each offered in the room upon arrival, but also available in the department store, which is conveniently attached to the residence. The staff can only be described as ‘sublime’ – warmth, generosity of spirit and exceptional customer service – nothing is too much trouble. Ufuk, the head concierge, ensured we were superbly attended to, from pickup to departure. In fact, the whole Vakko experience can be summed up in that one word – ‘sublime’.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional attention to detail in both the styling of the rooms and the attentive staff. Breakfast served in the bistro is wonderful with extensive options prepared and served in a relaxed setting. A warm welcome by everyone from receptionists to porters, concierge and housekeeping ensured we felt very well looked after. A faultless service and a memorable stay in Istanbul.

The Vakko Hotel is located in Nisantas in the fashion center of Istanbul and is affiliated with Turkey's luxury fashion & lifestyle store, Vakko, which is positioned in a envious location on the ground floor of the hotel. The perks include: a spa, gym, event space and personalized Vakko stores experiences. My premier suite was appealing with it's bespoke furnishings. The king bed was super comfy and the living space provided a homey atmosphere. The walk-in closet was really a walk-in closet and the bath was beautifully marbleized. The hotel is home to the Vakko Atelier eatery which offers guests a melange of modern French cuisine with international flavors. I couldn't resist the Seafood Linguine that proved to be a supreme dish. So, if you want your fashionista desires remedied,.........then try the........... Vakko Hotel.............A Well Dressed Hotel.
