I booked this hotel about 4 weeks ago as a part of a one month trip that we were to take. Then we cancelled the entire trip because the one family member got infected by COVID just before the onset of the trip. This hotel was one of the last legs of the 4 week trip. I had booked through AMEXTRAVEL, and sent the COVID positive certificate. You cannot call the hotel, so you have to only send emails, and they take 5-7 days to respond to emails. They are forcing us to come stay at the hotel even when another family member is COVID positive as of 4 days ago before the start of the hotel stay. Proof was sent to them aby amextravel 2 days ago, but there is still no response. They would not refund the money. This is bizarre. If they can force my family to come stay with them even when they have proof that we are COVID positive, then I am sure they are doing the same with other guests too. Makes me wonder about the safety protocols taken by this hotel. I would certainly not stay here.
