Do not book this so called “4 star hotel” at any cost, unless you want to end up in a hospital like I did. There is a huge chance it could happen to anyone- and it could be so much more worse. Somebody might not be as lucky as I was the next time round. I would seriously reconsider booking another hotel. Health is the utmost priority something that was not taken care of at all by this hotel. I was having a shower and ended up with the whole glass door which shattered all over my bare body, which left with two deep cuts, blood all over the floor, and I was shaken. I was taken by the ambulance to A+E and got three stitches in my arm and foot. The managers Hikmat and Guljan- blessed us with disgusting and abismal service after I had experienced this incidence, questioning me when the glass shattered, how I opened the door etc. The day that I had my accident neither of the managers came that evening to check up on their customer that was badly hurt. Guljan the manager was shopping on her phone whilst we were explaining how we felt about the incident. Unfortunately with a heavy heart- we have to say that these people have no humanity, they only care about your money. I was told by the doctor that I have an option file a complaint to the Sirkege police station due to negligence. I was treated so badly after this incident, by the staff at the hotel- they were blaming me and was told that they could not help us with anything more or compensate for the lost time, physical and mental damage that was caused. Absolute Abismal service, especially from the managers Hikmat and Guljan (the woman who had absolute terrible service- and very VERY bad attitude). I have to mention- we did get treated nicely by the rest of the staff at the hotel even when I had the accident it was just the managers unfortunately that had absolute horrific customer service. Go to this hotel at your peril!
