The staff are very polite generous and very welcoming i recommend everyone to visit this hotel its a great location in the city and is very nice and i really had a great time here and i am thankfull for the welcoming staff and the hotel menager who is very generous

WORST HOTEL EVER!!! This is the biggest scam I’ve seen so far! We booked the room months in advance. When we came they told us the reservation is canclled (even though I used booking all the time, and it never happened) and put us in another HORRIBLE hotel, it appears they do it all the time. Wouldnt recommend to the worst enemy!!!

This hotel charged double for the stay, and even after weeks of calling them, they did not give back the money. From other reviews, it seems like this hotel has a strategy for doing this. The staff is clearly in on the scam, as well as the boss.

The hotel is located relatively close to the central part of the city, near a tram stop. There are 4-5 stops to the Kapalacharshi covered market and a few more stops from the historic center. The furniture in our room was quite old, but overall the hotel was very clean. The breakfast could be a lot richer, but it is generally good. The hotel is suitable for a short and budget stay! The staff is very friendly, there were rooms available upon arrival and we were accommodated immediately, for which we thank you! The hotel is located near the Friday market, where you can buy goods at extremely low prices only on Fridays.
