Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. For me, breakfast was really nice. There's a convention hall next to the hotel and there's an aesthetic clinic in front of the building. On the second night, I asked the staff of 'The Lobby' (it's the name of the bar on the ground floor, next to the reception) for some ice cubes, since the cafe was closed for the day. I didn't asked for a pail, just some to fill my plastic cup of Salep drink. The staff went "Let me check first" and couple of seconds later informed me they had none. Hmmm really? I don't take alcohol but for sure they had ice cubes that go with the drinks right? I went for breakfast the next day in the cafe, asked the staff there for some ice cubes but he told me to ask from the bar. That was the moment I knew for sure they didn't want to give me, not that it is unavailable. I expect kettle would be provided in the room but there's none but you could and some from my group did asked the staffs for hot water. And someone asked the reception for iron but the hotel had none. For a 4 star hotel, this is unthinkable. The housekeeper tidy up & collected a towel from my room but they forgot to replace it with a new one. Did not ask the reception because still upset for being denied some ice cubes :p
