We spent a last night on the Isle of Skye before taking the ferry from Armadale to Mallaig. We left Skye with a very good impression as Morar B&B was probably the best establishment we stayed at during our 17 day stay in Scotland. The waterfront location and the landlords made this place very special. We would return if we visit Skye again!

This was such a delightful surprise! We needed a place close to the ferry over to Mallaig so we could catch the scenic train in the morning. When we arrived, we got the cutest tour of the property complete with goats, cats, chickens, and the water just steps from the back porch. Gorgeous scenery, delicious breakfast, and comfortable room!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming B&B! The accommodation was modern, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a great selection that catered to all tastes. Our hosts truly made the experience special — they were warm, welcoming, and full of local knowledge, providing excellent recommendations for places to visit in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a delightful and comfortable stay!

The whole package was just great, the most comfortable rooms with all the small gadgets, the super delicious and tasty breakfast, we even tried the pool during our stay. would highly recommed, even if its a bit far from Portree, but its definitwly worth the drive.

What a delightful place! Two charming hosts, picturesque setting, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast (scrambled eggs provided by inhouse bantam chooks a must). Only drawback is lack of food options in evening if local hotel restaurant booked out.

Everything you would want in a B & B. Great location on Skye with a warm welcome from the hosts. Very good facilities including a swimming pool! Fab breakfast made with local produce & homemade goodies. Hosts knowledgeable & happy to share top tips to enhance your visit to Skye.

Wow, what a wonderful place to stay. A really warm welcome to their wonderful home with a swimming pool. Breakfast was great with eggs from the hens, homemade muesli, home baked bread and jam, a huge choice of cooked options. Janey and Kevin are superb hosts with so much knowledge and history of Skye. A fabulous place to stay to enjoy the delights of Skye.

Such a fantastic place to stay. Spotlessly clean and modern decor. Beautiful swimming pool. Breakfast was awesome - with eggs from the owners chickens and homemade jams from fruit grown on the property. Kevin and Janey are superb hosts and full of local knowledge.

This place was perfection. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The house is by the water, with chickens, sheep and cats to keep you company. The hosts Kev & Jainey - were very nice. It's a little remote, but we liked that and we had no problem getting a private driver to take us on a tour, as we did not have a car.
