This unique home gives you the quintessential keys experience. Nestled in a small, quaint gated, private community with ocean views, the house rests on a privately owned cove which empties into the Atlantic Ocean. The cove contains much wildlife including our neighborhood manatees. The community pool overlooks the Ocean affording spectacular views. Alligator Reef can be seen from the pool area (great snorkeling and diving spot) a just a short boat trip away. You are within walking or biking distance of the famous Midway Café (midway between the top of the keys to the bottom), Square Grouper, Chef Michaels, and many outstanding restaurants. Shopping is right across the highway. The house itself affords you the luxury of a 4-bedroom and 3 full baths with the privacy of having separate space. There are two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen and living room upstairs. Downstairs has two bedrooms, one large bath, kitchen and living room. The stairs to the upstairs are outside separating the two spaces. Amenities include an outside charcoal grill, hot tub which overlooks the cove and the ocean, a couple of bicycles, kayaks, a private dock, and paddle boards.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.
