We were extremely suprised and devastated about the unprofessional and illogical ways the hotel management chose to conduct this property. The communication from the moment of reservation until the check out was unspeakably bad. We were not informed about a lot of things, like the 200 EUR deposit we were supposed to pay upon arrival for garantie (???) after we paid for everything in advance, or that we should have made reservations for the spa, which is open for only 2 hours after the ski lifts close, and the spot reservations was for an hour…the result was that we couldn’t use the service as 4 days in advance reservation was not enough to guarantee a spot in the spa, we went in one day (only because of the kindness and flexibility of the spa receptionist) and it was empty in peak hour, but they still would not want to let us in… The receptionist speak English poorly, which only made the communication more difficult. The rooms are poorly equipped-there wasn’t even a hair dryer, and the it could have been cleaner as well. The walls are very thin and the noises from the bar were quite disturbing. It’s a pity because the location and the facilities were very good!
