"Comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent food. We used the sauna and steam room 3 times, which was really nice after a day’s skiing. We paid for a ski locker at the Pardatschgrat gondola which meant we did not have to carry skis, boots, gloves or helmets back to the hotel and that meant the 5 minute a walk was no problem. Overall really pleased with the hotel."

"Stunning location and exceptionally friendly staff team. Right beside two major lifts up to Idalp. Easy check in. Rooms have the most amazing view. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi warm and great fun in the snow. The new spa area is lovely. Don’t miss out on the Apres snacks in the bar, which is stunning with great slop views. Brilliant ski locker with no stairs to navigate. Each room has a spacious heated locker. The food is so nice with a different focus every night. Mohammad and the rest of the lovely team looked after us very well. Would definitely return. Service is excellent and there is a lovely relaxed family atmosphere throughout the hotel. It’s right beside the connecting tunnel to the rest of the village. Lots of hire stores, Apres bars and a supermarket near by."

Sport- Und Genusshotel Silvretta

"The hotel is situated on a hill just outside of the village Leinsweiler. The hotel is located in 2 buildings, the best rooms are in the main building, where also the restaurant is located. We stayed 4 nights in a room called "Maisonette". The room is actually 2 rooms on 2 floors, you enter into a small room with a desk, 2 armchairs and a table. A quite steep stair leeds from this room up to the bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom is cosy with a large very good bed and sloping ceiling. From our room we had a fantastic view of the vine fields to the south and the mountains, including the castle of Madenburg to the southwest. The bathroom has no windows but is spacious and has a good shower. The room was clean, well kept and soundproof. Breakfast was included and consisted of a very nice buffet with food in abundance. One word of warning though; the second morning we arrived a little later (but before closure of the buffet) and at that time quite a lot of the food, including most of the bread, was gone. It was not until we specifically asked for bread buns and some ham that it was brought out. Besides this one flaw the restaurant was very nice and we had 2 very tasty dinners there as well. The hotel also has a spa section with a large pool. We didn't use the spa, only the pool. The pool is amazing! You enter the pool inside and can then swim to the outside part of the pool. The pool is an infinty pool and when swimming in it you can see for miles out over the vine fields and the lowland to the east. The pool also has a jet stream if you want to practise swimming. Overall this is a very good hotel. It's not cheap but it's still very good value for the money spent."

"Lovely hotel. Friendly, professional but unobtrusive service and a wonderful spa with indoor and outdoor heated pools & outdoor jacuzzi with an amazing view of mountains. Rooms are spacious and well equipped as you would expect in a 5* hotel but it was almost unbearably hot in the bathroom and bedroom. Fortunately the window and balcony door both opened and you can turn the handle vertically to keep them open but it can be noisy if overlooking the main street, which is lined with bars, clubs and other hotels. Restaurant had a wide selection of perfectly cooked food and the Sommelier was very knowledgeable about the very wide range of wines. Would recommend for a special holiday or the perfect base for a skiing trip in the area. "

"I can highly recommend this wonderful hotel. Impeccable service throughout. Especially guest arrangements by Julia and concierge by Moritz. The rooms are large and stylish. Spotlessly clean. The dining facilities are superb. Wonderful breakfast both a la carte and buffet. Delicious food in the dining room. They organised everything for us, be it collection from the airport, ski instructor (Christian Pfeiffer is exceptional), ski passes and equipment. All simple and seamless. They also have a fantastic spa. Moritz booked wonderful restaurants for us each night. Great dining at the 5 star hotel next door. That was magnificent. Also Lucy Wang (sushi / Asian) and Prenner ranked as outstanding. And as I mentioned the hotel itself has excellent food and service. We could not recommend this hotel more highly."
