"I made this reservation in a hurry because my planned hotel was canceled. The hotel was reasonable considering the price, but the facilities were old and a little rundown. The room was spacious and clean, but the walls were thin and we could hear the neighbors and the surrounding noise quite a bit. Also, when the person in the next room used the shower, water backed up into our bathtub, so the plumbing was terrible. We managed to stop the backflow by lifting the drain and leaving it open, but it still felt unclean. The mini convenience store had almost no products. There was a Walmart nearby so we could go and buy something if we needed it, and the McDonald's next door was a really nice store and easy to use."

The studio room just have stove and dint have any vessels not even a disposable plate or bowl They dint even provide any towels instead they gave us napkins and dint provide any room service Its the worst bed I have ever slept on. The matress is always sliding away from cot. And the comforter is the worsttttt. The room is very disturbing as we get sounds of vehicles very clearly inside the room. When I asked for plates the lady rudely said we provide plates only if any customer stays more than a week Its very much disappointing They dint even provide basic shower essentials"

"If i could give this hotel negative 5 star i would cause of the staff, First off before we arived they told us we can park our truck by the hotel for free until we come back from our trip but at the counter they acted all like they don't Know about parking and charged us for the parking for duration of our trip we checked in midninght and had to check out at 3 am cause of our flight shuttle took us to the airport and just Dropped us all at one stop even tho that was not our terminal lost 2 hours to get to our terminal and we missed our flight cause Ahole that drove us didnt do his job. Im gonna escalate this to management and this aint gonna get left alone like this they gonna pay for my rebooking flight."

"Fácil acceso desde el aeropuerto DFW. Cuenta con servicio de transporte, aunque no lo usamos porque teníamos coche de alquiler. El servicio de registro fue rápido y amable. Tuve una petición especial al hacer la reserva y fueron atentos y serviciales. La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y estaba en buen estado. El desayuno continental era básico, pero estaba bien surtido. Las bebidas calientes (café, agua caliente para té, etc.) estaban todas tibias. El único inconveniente real que encontramos en esta zona en desarrollo fue la poca oferta de restaurantes cerca para quienes llegan tarde. Me alojaría aquí de nuevo si paso por aquí."
