We travelled on a package bed & breakfast holiday for 11 nights here this month! First off.. the staff are really kind and friendly but most do have limited English so can come across rude when just shy and a smile goes a long way! Check in was really simple & easy- a tax is due on entry for your entire stay per person and we also paid the extra €80 odd for the air conditioning and the safe in the room. We had a twin room on the 3rd floor (317) and had a partial sea/partial pool/partial garden view which was lovely and got the sun in the evenings. The room was really basic- 2 single beds pushed together but the base causes a gap between them, a small fridge (godsend!!), a stand in shower, toilet and sink as well as TV with about 3 English news channels as well as balcony and numerous sockets. The bathroom shower is absolutely tiny. I am a UK size 8 and it was a struggle to get a good wash and had to move the shower head to the wall but physically it is a struggle so if you are less mobile please consider. My partner is a UK XL and he struggled to get in between the two sliding doors also. There is hand wash provided but no shower gel (no issue but just so you know!) The bathroom was also cracked at the shower screen and looked a bit worse for wear and our floor didn’t once get mopped the duration of our visit either. However, room comes with hairdryer and shelves as well as clean towels provided each room clean! Beds and pillows were really comfortable and air con was absolutely freezing which was amazing after a long day in the sun! Pool is lovely and has showers in the far corner which only shot out freezing cold water too which was again, refreshing, as the pool warms up as the day progressed. Pool guy was lovely and will play quiet music in the afternoon and has an array of alcoholic and soft drinks as well as some really nice food and ice creams too! Bit more on the expensive side so we bought cans from the local shops and got cups of ice to go with them on a morning and paid in the afternoon. Poolside is clean and tidy and the staff are out after closing (8pm) and before opening (10am) sorting it out! Food was, in our opinion; not the greatest. We went out to the local restaurants for breakfast. Tiffany’s down the sea front was fantastic, cheap and had lots of options going! Very much recommend. If you struggle with mobility there is a lift available here but only one and the cleaners do use it in the middle of the day to transport across the floors. There are so many lovely places to eat nearby as well as lots of supermarkets and gift/boutique shops around to have a look at and you leave the hotel right onto the sea front across the road with amazing views across to the other islands. All in all we had a great time here, however I wouldn’t return as the hotel is so family friendly yet the area at this time of year leans heavily to lots of students travelling who can be quite rude and boisterous at times as well as a bit lack
