I recently had the pleasure of staying at Symphony Suites Hotel, Ipoh, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is strategically located, just a 10-minute drive to Ipoh city center, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, who immediately made us feel at home. To our delight, we were also offered complimentary afternoon tea and light snacks - a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. The room was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The toilet was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, which is always a big plus. Breakfast at the hotel was simple but delicious, featuring fresh and satisfying options to start the day right. One lovely surprise was finding a personalized note in my room after check-in. The management had left a greeting wishing me a Merry Christmas. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it made me feel so warm and happy. Small touches like this truly set this hotel apart. Thank you so much! Another highlight is the nearby amenities. Within walking distance, we found a Chinese restaurant, a Japanese restaurant, and even a bar and bistro, offering a variety of dining choices to suit different tastes. Overall, my family and I were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. For the value it offers, Symphony Suites Hotel will undoubtedly be our first choice on our next visit to Ipoh. Highly recommended!

Todo estaba bien, pero había alguna sangre o tintura i dunno. Parece sangre. No sé si lavan la madrastra antes. Mientras tanto, la sangre era un cliente anterior y la lavaron. Eso es todo. El hotel deco era bueno. Recepcionista también bueno y agradable

I recently stayed at De Botani Hotel and was impressed with its affordability and cleanliness. The price was reasonable, yet they maintained excellent cleanliness throughout, especially in the bathroom which was spotless. For those on a budget, this hotel is definitely the best choice in the area. Just a heads-up, the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, which might be a consideration for some. Also, parking is available but it's paid, though conveniently, you can use Touch 'n Go to settle the fee. Overall, my experience was superb and I’d recommend De Botani Hotel to anyone looking for great value.

Room & Cleanliness: 8/10 Room is clean & comfortable. Aircond & fan well functioning. Good water pressure but the pipe shower leaking (hope can fixed it). Hot water not really function. Iron available. No fridge provided. Deposit: RM100 & return during checkout. Complimentary toiletries: Available & they also put welcoming desserts. Lift / Elevator: Available. Internet: Strong wifi connection. TV Channel: Good, also have Netflix. Front Desk Services: 10/10 Friendly staff (Malay & Chinese girl) welcomed us with a smile. One Malay guy also help to carry our luggage. He is very polite. Parking: 8/10 Open parking space in front of the hotel. Have to pay to Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh 1hr RM0.30 / 1day RM4.00 by using coupon / Park@Perak Apps / TnG eWallet. Breakfast: 8/10 Halal buffet food. Taste good but limited choices: Nasi lemak, fried kuey teaw, porridge, sausage, salad, toast, siew mai, hot beverage, orange juice, milk & fruits. Location: Rate is depends on your trip. Location was far from Ipoh City. If you want to rest only away from noise, this is the place. If you want to explore Ipoh City, this hotel quite far unless you willing to drive. Limited Muslim restaurants around. Have Family Mart & 7E store nearby the main road. Credit to staff: 10/10 I checked in during my birthday. After I went to my room, surprisingly their staff came and bring birthday cake while singing happy birthday song. I am really touched & happy. Thank you so much for your surprised and kindness. Stayed in this hotel multiple times. Great location with lots of eateries and convenient shops within walking distance. There is also a large food court and market opposite. Room size is reasonable and bed is extreme comfortable. There is a security guard at the entrance at night. Friendly and helpful staffs to make my stay even better.
