Tuve una estadía desagradable en este hotel, el higienista fue terrible, especialmente la cama tenía chinches que me picaron toda la noche, no pude dormir debido a la picazón y me desperté a las 4 a. m., fui a recepción pero nadie me atendió, así que decidí irme del hotel temprano y renunciar a mi reserva, definitivamente no volveré a reservar.

las habitaciones están todas bien, bonitas, pero ruidosas porque hay niños gritando, creo que los niños del personal trabajan cerca de allí, simplemente me siento molesto porque queremos descansar, queremos dormir tranquilos, pero hay niños ruidosos, así que Molesta a los clientes que se quedan allí, por favor asuma la responsabilidad. Sí.

¡Estancia fantástica! Limpio, almohadas y colchón cómodos (sin somier, no fue un problema para nosotros, pero para que lo sepas). Habitación de buen tamaño con zona para colgar ropa y estante. Buen aire acondicionado. Cantidad suficiente de baños y duchas, y la ducha tiene agua caliente. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la estación de tren y de muchos restaurantes. Nota: la recepción está dentro del complejo, no en la calle. El registro de entrada fue sencillo y el servicio fue amable (aunque un caballero en la recepción no pudo ayudarnos con ninguna información sobre los autobuses a Cameron Highlands). La zona de la piscina se limpiaba a diario. Me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

Overall stay was amazing, except for the wash closet which do not comes with a bidet and the wc also exposed to the bed. Beautiful room and ambience but not so peaceful since its located above the chinese restaurant. We could smell unpleasant odour along the way to the counter. Worth to try definitely.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The building and rooms are poorly maintained. I booked a twin room with a shared toilet for two nights. As soon as I arrived at the check-in counter, there was a strong smell of urine. The booking records were all on paper, and they couldn’t find my reservation from the trip. The check-in process made both me and my companion very uncomfortable. After climbing narrow stairs and passing through two gates, we finally reached our room. The room design was decent, and despite its small size, it had a skylight that provided some natural light, so it didn’t feel too cramped. However, the bed had unidentifiable stains, and the pillows were extremely old and basic cotton ones. The room also had a lingering smell of sweat, and the ceiling beam was starting to crack. I’ve stayed in renovated old prisons that were better than this hotel. And don’t get me started on the bathroom—it was terrifying. The shared facilities for convenience and showering were in the same room, separated only by partitions. Despite all this, the hotel’s location is excellent, situated on a bustling street, and within walking distance to popular eateries and attractions. No soundproofing
