1) Mr Addy is an asset to your hotel - he is forthcoming, patient, sincere and accommodating with high EQ; unlike the Indian receptionist who has a poker face. We asked her where can we find good massage/spa around our hotel area, she said that we can google! When we checked in, it would be nice if the Ms Parimala could highlight to guests where the breakfast is located, how to get wifi etc....and we will be feel welcomed. Instead, we have to ask and she will reply with an expressionless face. Perhaps she should observe Mr Addy and learned from him.
2) The rest of the staff were friendly and cheerful - Ms Chia Ling and Ms Azlin. Please convey our thanks to those who have made our stay pleasant.
