ICC SUITES HOTEL @ IPOH CITY CENTRE

Newly build hotel, room was clean. Slightly disappointed there was heavy water leaking out from the top ceiling in the toilet. Feedback to reception and get a changed room.

I stayed at ICC Suites Hotel @ Ipoh City Centre from May 9th to May 10th, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The property is marketed as a hotel, but in reality, it's a non-serviced condominium with permanent residents, lacking the typical hotel amenities and services. Upon arrival, I was informed that the deposit could only be paid in cash, contradicting the booking information that stated cash, debit, or credit card were acceptable. After some discussion, the receptionist reluctantly provided a form for me to fill out and sign. The main entrance to the lobby is unwelcoming, requiring an access card to enter and exit, which is more characteristic of a condo's security system. While the building appears relatively new, there were noticeable unfinished touch-ups on the walls and doors in the open-air corridor. Basic amenities like toothbrushes, shampoo, and conditioner were provided; however, the towels were smelly and stained, suggesting they aren't replaced frequently.  Additionally, the smart TV in the room was non-functional, and the water from the taps was discolored with small black particles, raising serious hygiene concerns. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this property to others seeking a true hotel experience.

This hotel is very clean, bright and tidy, and the scenery is beautiful! I will come again next time, thanks!

New & clean service apartment. great location. In center town.

The location is super convenient — right in the heart of Ipoh, close to popular food spots, shopping, and attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with modern furnishings and good amenities. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the strong Wi-Fi connection and efficient air-conditioning, especially in the Ipoh heat!

overall satisfied.. clean room, helpful staff , ample parking.. the only set back is the breakfast.. not much variety
