We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. The location was incredibly convenient, and easy access to call Grab service.The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings and all the necessary amenities. The apartment is new, clean, nicely renovated with full facilities. It is centrally located and juz minutes on foot to Ipoh Parade. There is no physical service desk but the agent is fast to respond. Had an enjoyable stay there.

Es mejor tomar la comida en lugar de pagar el desayuno buffet, pero la comida es muy pequeña. nasi lemak es imprescindible durante el desayuno en cualquier hotel. La ensalada tampoco tiene sosej n baker bean baratos. Café y pan baratos también. Los niños cobran en la habitación 18, pero no hay mucha comida disponible para ellos. Platos, tazas y cubiertos tan caros y sucios. Recarga lenta de comida, incluso muy poca opción de comida. piscina no segura.

Sólo necesita caminar hasta el puente y disfrutar del ambiente sereno y pacífico que puede resultar relajante y refrescante. Hay un restaurante japonés al lado del hotel donde podrá disfrutar de un buffet libre, y hay bastantes restaurantes en los alrededores. El servicio fue excelente, el check in y el check out fueron rápidos. El personal es muy amable y atento. Aunque es un hotel bastante antiguo, está bien mantenido y cuenta con todas las necesidades básicas.

Our three-night stay exceeded expectations. We were thoroughly impressed by the overall experience, and particularly by the exceptional service provided by receptionist Kai Jun. His professionalism and composure when handling a challenging guest were commendable.
Upon arrival, our room was not yet ready, requiring a 20-minute wait. Kai Jun kept us consistently updated on the room's status, ensuring a smooth and comfortable wait in the lobby. While the hotel is relatively new and exhibited a slight paint odor, the use of fragrance minimized its impact.
The culinary offerings were a highlight, with both the food and mocktails proving to be exceptionally delicious, complementing Ipoh's renowned food scene. The swimming pool was notably clean, and our spacious city-view room provided a stunning panorama. We highly recommend requesting this view.
The staff's attentiveness was evident throughout our stay. They consistently greeted us warmly, adding a delightful touch to our daily experience. Room service was prompt and courteous, although we found it more efficient to request additional amenities, such as pillows and blankets, directly from the staff on our floor rather than via the often-busy phone line.
One area for improvement is the parking gantry, which experienced occasional glitches, causing delays for several vehicles. Despite this minor inconvenience, we would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Debido a la reserva de última hora, tenemos que esperar casi 2 horas. Algunos miembros del personal trabajan desde casa, pero el personal del mostrador de recepción me está ayudando mucho. Reserva confirmada por trip.com pero necesita tiempo para recibir notificación y aprobación del hotel en su sistema.
Todos los miembros de la familia están realmente agotados al viajar largas distancias durante las visitas de Hari Raya a sus familiares. Finalmente, conseguimos nuestra habitación sin ninguna queja a las 10 pm😁. ¿Solo el estacionamiento es demasiado limitado y complicado? Aparte de eso... comida de Miker y café con leche del casco antiguo a solo 10 minutos a pie. 7E en el lobby del hotel. Vista superior desde el piso más alto. Volveré y lo recomendaré. Pero por favor reserve en línea con anticipación. De lo contrario, tienes que esperar 2 horas como yo 😁😁

CCalv LimThis hotel is really great! The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The view from the window is also beautiful, making the stay even more enjoyable.
The location is excellent—it’s right next to a shopping mall, so you can easily walk over to shop or grab anything you need. Plus, it’s close to the city center, making it very convenient to visit tourist attractions and try local street food without traveling too far.
Another plus is that the hotel offers free parking for guests, which is really convenient. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back next time!

AAlfred NKWSpacious room for the same category of hotel. Room amenities also complete. They even gave local snack food n 2 cans of carbonated drinks. Hotel didn't provide bottle drinking water but at every floor, 2 units of water dispenser were placed and the filtered water taste good.
Only one bad thing, room's window sound proofing were poor. Can hear noise from outside of window.

Location was far from Ipoh City. If you want to rest only away from noise, this is the place. If you want to explore Ipoh City, this hotel quite far unless you willing to drive. Limited Muslim restaurants around. Have Family Mart & 7E store nearby the main road.

JJeffery CYI recently had the pleasure of staying at Symphony Suites Hotel, Ipoh, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish.
The hotel is strategically located, just a 10-minute drive to Ipoh city center, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, who immediately made us feel at home. To our delight, we were also offered complimentary afternoon tea and light snacks - a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay.
The room was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The toilet was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, which is always a big plus. Breakfast at the hotel was simple but delicious, featuring fresh and satisfying options to start the day right.
One lovely surprise was finding a personalized note in my room after check-in. The management had left a greeting wishing me a Merry Christmas. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it made me feel so warm and happy. Small touches like this truly set this hotel apart. Thank you so much!
Another highlight is the nearby amenities. Within walking distance, we found a Chinese restaurant, a Japanese restaurant, and even a bar and bistro, offering a variety of dining choices to suit different tastes.

ZZiHarithEn general, tuvimos una buena estadía en Impiana Ipoh. El edificio y las instalaciones del hotel necesitarían una mejora, ya que están muy anticuados pero no del todo deteriorados. Sin embargo, nuestra habitación era muy agradable, limpia, espaciosa y tiene una vista encantadora. Las toallas y la ropa de cama también eran muy bonitas y había un suministro adecuado de artículos de tocador en la habitación. El desayuno estaba más bien que bien. Hay una panadería llamada Shake and Bake a poca distancia del hotel que sirve una variedad de panes, pasteles e incluso comidas calientes a un precio razonable. El personal del hotel fue educado y servicial. Estamos especialmente agradecidos al personal de recepción en el momento del check in que se esforzó por cumplir con mi solicitud al reservar la habitación. The staff is friendly. Ada cerek letrik, tapi kena beli 3in1 kalau tgh malam rasa nak minum. Malam, mmg x der apa lah. Kalau nak g Gerbang Malam, boleh je jalan kaki dlm 27 mins kalau rasa larat la. But for my family, kami rela jalan kaki walau jauh. Dpt menikmati view malam yg kosong dan view siang yg menyesakkan.
Kami stay at family room with double queen bed. Walau bilik sedikit sempit but still comfortable. Bukan nak duduk bilik sepanjang masa right? Bilik air luas sgt, boleh masuk la 5/6 orang dalam tu.
Keadaan bau tu, bg kami ok je ala2 macam bau lama, bangunan lama. Especially kat lif. Dlm bilik x dak bau yg kurang menyenangkan. Selesa.
Iron, disediakan depan lif. Yes, hotel ni ada lif. Bg yg x larat nak angkut beg beso naik turun tangga, jgn risau. Ada lif sedia tuk digunakan. Ada juga water dispenser kat dapur kalau malas nak masak air dlm bilik.
Belakang bangunan ada medan selera. Pagi boleh la lapik perut sbelum gerak ronda tuk food hunting yg sebenar. Ada jam beso yg cukup time berbunyi.
Nak jalan ke ets amik masa dlm 15-20 mins. Kalau dr stesen bas Jalan Bendahara, dalam 27 mins. We prefer berjalan je semua. Baru feel ala2 tourist di negara sendiri.

UUsuario invitadothis is the second time i’m staying at this place. the first time was booked via agoda. the room is spacious and nice but floor is dusty. but that isn’t a big deal for me. what has really ruined my mood for the stay was the front desk guy. he is an indian man. he called me 3 times on the morning of my stay but i didn’t pick up because i was driving from KL. when i reach there around 2.30 pm after i had my lunch, i gave a call to the number in the front desk (which was his number who called me earlier) to ask if can check-in now or need to wait until 3pm. he said 3pm and i was okay since it’s just a few more minutes until 3pm anyway. no one was in the premise at that time which is why i call the number written on the whiteboard. during my check-in, he is complaining about why i didn’t pickup the call so he didn’t know what time i’m coming to check in. so unprofessional of him to say that the first thing to a guest. trying to blame me? well first, you’re calling in the morning of my trip and you can’t expect me to pickup the phone when i’m driving? you could have just leave a message on whatsapp if i didn’t pickup the call. everybody is using whatsapp nowadays so what’s so hard to reach me?
second, he asks for RM50 deposit but my mother didn’t hear at first so she asked what the RM50 is for and he said to buy KFC? repeatedly saying to buy KFC. is that suppose to be a joke? we all know he’s just trying to be sarcastic to my mother because that isn’t funny at all to us.
during my first time stay at this place on Dec 2023, Mr Poon whatsapp me A DAY before my trip to confirm my booking and my arrival time. it was pleasant and easy with Mr Poon which is why i choose this place again for my second trip but turns out, the front desk is a different person this time and he really ruined my mood during my stay there because of his unprofessional attitude.
