The kemps guest house offers Very good price/quality Great hospitality, owners will help you and point things out. Rooms are very tidy , small but good bathroom, good bedcomfort. Private parking space behind the house. Easy to reach and only 10- 15 mins walk from the center Recommended.

Laura and Danny run a sweet little Guest House where I had a lovely 3-night stay. You order breakfast the night before and Danny cooks it in the morning - full Scottish available and a great way to start the day. The house is an easy and lovely river-walk into the heart of the city in one direction and out the canal in the other. The home is sparkling clean with updated bathrooms, comfy beds and lots of little amenities, like a mini-fridge in the room. The owners live upstairs and are a great source of information about the area. This was the perfect place for me to land for a 3-week solo tour of Scotland. I did not have a car and could get around easily. There is a grocery directly across the street, as well as a bus stop. I would love to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. Danny and Laura were gracious hosts, and so welcoming, which made our stay in Inverness perfect. Amazing room, breakfast and service for a good price. When we visit Inverness in the future, we will definitely stay there again.

I got the warmest welcome when I arrived late after a full day flight delay. The room was toasty and comfortable, with nice touches, like a hot water bottle in a fleece sleeve, chocolates, and a kettle with instant hot chocolate, coffee, and tea. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot. For breakfast (optional for £10), you could choose any combination of options by requesting the night prior, and it was all freshly prepared and yummy. Great French press coffee too, so that was a bonus! Reasonably priced and a great stay.

My mom and I stayed here for one night and WISH it would have been available for our entire stay in Inverness. I’ve stayed at two other guest houses and one hotel in Inverness and this is my favourite by far! Danny is incredibly welcoming- the perfect host. Our room was spotless and looked as if it had recently been updated. He went above and beyond, providing us with breakfast in the room’s fridge the night we checked in as we had to check out before 8:00 to make it to a tour. There was a table in the room to have our breakfast at as well which was very handy. We really enjoyed our brief stay and wish we could have stayed longer!

Laura x Danny couldn’t have done anymore for us as a group of 8. Warm and Welcoming with everything you need in their super comfortable rooms after a long ride. Delicious quality breakfast served with a personal touch in a home from home dining room. Ample safe parking for the bikes. Local to the amenities, easy access to the centre of Inverness, Marina and local walks around the start of the Caledonian Canal. Great value for money. 5* Highly recommended

From the moment you set foot in this guesthouse, you are made to feel so welcomed - like you're a part of the family! The location is great and is close to lots of food options, the room we stayed in had everything you could need (including thoughtful little touches like ear plugs and eye masks), and the breakfast was so delicious and filling that we didn't need to eat lunch. We were also so grateful for all of Danny and Laura's recommendations for what to do around the area (included in their detailed welcome pack), and when they found out we were travelling to Skye they truly went above and beyond to email us with a suggested itinerary for there too! Couldn't recommend staying here more and we hope to return again sooner rather than later.

We spent a night at The Kemps Guesthouse in Inverness. Danny was so lovely - he gave us so many tips on exploring Inverness and Skye. The bed and room were very comfortable. The mini fridge, ear plus/eye mask and chocolates were such a nice touch. Breakfast was fantastic! There were many options, and it was all yummy. Thanks for the great stay, Danny! We'd highly recommend this place.

An absolutely lovely BnB! Perfect location just a few minutes walk to the river and main centre of Inverness. The room and bathroom were extremely clean, with a dressing table, fridge and lots of refreshments available. Laura and Danny were brilliant hosts, very kind and helpful. The breakfast was huge! Continental bits were delicious, and main breakfast was cooked wonderfully - it kept us full the whole day!!! Highly recommend!!
