«Соотношение цены и качества одно из лучших. Хорошее местоположение. Немного грубоваты персонал. Также не работают кондиционеры, оооочень жарко спать. От этого дискомфорт, не высыпание и мокрая постель. Пока не попросишь, не убираются. Позвонил на ресепшен, узнать, что с кондиционером, сказали закончился сезон и мы их отключили, можем посоветовать открыть форточку. Форточку откуда вообще ничем не дует, только шума больше в комнате»

«Гостиница отличная. Удобное расположение, есть парковка под шлагбаумом. Тапочки, щетки, фен, гель для душа в номере имеются. На этаже утюг с гладильной доской. На ресепшене предложили обмен номера с двух односп кроватей, на одну двухсп, мы не отказались. Завтрак шведский стол, выбор не большой, но есть из чего выбрать и вкусно покушать. Воду оставляют в номере, а так же на 1 этаже стоит кулер, всегда можно налить в свою бутылку. Есть бассейн с подогревом, утром вода прохладная, но к обеду нагревается. Есть бильярдный стол (за доп плату) Отель рекомендую»

«The hotel was situated near the city center and was quite affordable compared to other more expensive hotel chains (i.e. Ritz Carlton & Sheraton). The hotel facilities are clean and the services spoke good English and were helpful in our inquiries. Outside the hotel you can find many restaurants and cafes that are within walking distance. Best part of our stay was the breakfast buffet which offered an assortment of delicacies that varied each day in our stay--highly recommend staying here when in Astana as the value you get matches the price you pay!»
