«Great location in the heart of the city. Was given a huge family room instead of a standard room. Happy with the service and overall experience. Extractor fan in the bathroom can't be turned off so the noise could be an issue. If cleaned would be less noisy!»

«The receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming. Although we had originally booked a room without a window, we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a room with a beautiful view. The hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The only thing that would have improved our stay further would be the addition of coffee and tea-making facilities in the room.»

«I arrived at 13:30 to the hotel and as I am disabled person I thought the reception was gonna check me earlier but he insisted on going and coming back at 15 o'clock so I came at 16 o'clock and he tells me is no disabled room for me and I must to request one when I made a booking and he gave me a room in first floor 😭»

«Excelente ubicación donde puede acceder fácilmente al centro de la ciudad y sitios interesantes. Buena Vista. Sin embargo, la habitación era demasiado pequeña para una habitación doble. No hay suficiente espacio para moverse por dos. El baño estaba bien, pero se inunda cuando te duchas. La ropa de cama no se cambió a pesar de que la habitación estaba limpia y las sábanas estaban obviamente sucias.»

«Las habitaciones están limpias y son cómodas. Se pueden escuchar los anuncios de la estación de tren que no nos despertaron pero sí nos impidieron volver a dormir. Hubo algunos problemas esta mañana con el corte del agua al azar y la electricidad en una de nuestras habitaciones dejó de funcionar durante unos minutos la noche anterior. Tomamos bebidas y comida en el bar Castaway y estaban bien, pero el servicio fue lento: ¡solo 1 personal del bar durante la hora feliz un sábado por la noche! Me encantaría volver a alojarme en el transatlántico, pero espero que se solucionen los pequeños fallos. xx»

«Firstly the bad points- *The Carpark was full of old furniture from the hotel and empty beer barrier preventing you getting parked, *The hotel has turned into more of a party venue hotel rather than the beautiful hotel it was when I last came with my daughter 2018. *tap in the kitchen area in our room only let out hot water and unfortunately the room stunk of what I could only describe as a sewerage smell? Whether the drains needed maintenance I’m not sure but I I just sprayed some deodorant around to help make it not smell quite as bad because I was so tired I didnt want to have to swap rooms. *There was also no phone to call reception which I found strange and the remote for the tv was missing the back of it. I put all this bad points down to the fact that when I previously came it was owned by someone who really cared about the maintenance and reputation of the hotel but now I’ve found it’s since been sold it seems the new owner isn’t as bothered and all what the shankley represented before eg, maintenance, luxury, football themed has kind of turned more into a tacky themed hotel and doesn’t feel classy anymore. I’d probably not stay here again as it’s not the same as it was and just the whole feel of hand hotel is different. It’s not the best if you have come with kids as there’s lots of drunken guests in the hotel and it’s noisey but thank goodness it’s a large hotel as you don’t hear the noise from downstairs. We were on level 3. Our room was lovely and big with a large double bed and 2 twins pushed together, a kitchen area with tea bags and coffee (no biscuits but that didn’t bother us as we had snacks with us The upsides were- *Staff were pleasant, *breakfast was amazing with everything you could possibly as for, *hotel was mainly quiet on the 3rd floor, room was on the whole clean and had a hair dryer, iron and ironing board with a safe. * . The bathroom was lovely especially the bath as it was a jacuzzi with a waterfall shower. Everything was clean from what I could see.»

«El hotel Anfield fue la mejor opción que podíamos hacer. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y cómodas, pero la zona del bar realmente nos ganó. Como fans de LFC, fue un sueño. La experiencia fue excelente, pero si usted es un fan de Liverpool, por primera vez, aquí le recomiendo que se quede.»
