«酒店位置比較偏，附近吃飯地方少，樓後有停車場，但是地上都是土，我一家三口人攜程上預訂的高級大床房和高級雙床房2個房間，因為酒店樓前是大馬路，來往車輛多，夜裡怕吵，我説最好選擇高點的樓層，前台美女説我預訂的房間應該在2樓，我不知道普通標間和普通大床房在幾樓，給我開房間到4樓408，409，結果進了房間煙味刺鼻，對於不吸煙的人根本受不了，下去找前台要求換房，前台有個帥哥上來開了401（沒有煙味），402（煙味不大），夜裡靠街的房間還是有點吵，睡眠差的人最好選擇不靠街道的房間，其它衞生設施齊全！需要進一步加強管理和服務。»

UUsuario invitado外部環境還不錯，房間衞生也還行。但辦理入住的時候服務不理想，因為是商旅出差辦理入住。登記的時候提出，如果有可能的話請幫選一間不靠近馬路安靜一點的房間，但對方的回覆讓我立即感受到有一種莫名的不愉快和羞辱。對方説你訂的價錢衹能選這種房間，如果要換房間得加錢！言語之間表達出來的意思是説我訂的房間衹能住這種糟糕的房間嗎？我本身是城市便捷黑金會員和維也納的白金會員，通常去訂他們的酒店，衹要房間未滿的情況下，都會主動給我選一個安靜的房間滿足我的需求。放棄旁邊不遠性價比你們更實惠的城市便捷和維也納來訂你們的酒店，主要也是看到留言的好評，好奇心驅使想過來體驗一下，沒想到還沒入住進去就被鄙視了一把，也許我花241大洋衹配在你們酒店住所謂最嘈雜的房間，並且在我失望的轉身離開時，還在後麪附上一句看似禮貌，實則讓我感覺到更加不愉快，又極具飽含諷刺意味的“祝你入住愉快”。（事實上我入住以後也沒感覺這個房間有多吵雜，你們本可以禮貌的跟我解釋清楚即可），而不是用這種粗暴的“得加錢”的名言來羞辱慕名而來想體驗你們酒店優雅的客户，電影綉春刀看得太多，這麼會活學活用彰顯你們更有文化嗎？
