We've stayed in Seefeld for many years but this was the first time staying in this hotel, although we have used the pool facilities on previous stays. We arrived by train which is a 5 min walk from the hotel, but they insisted on sending a car to collect us and help with our luggage. This was above and beyond great customer service!! The welcome we received from the staff on reception was exceptional. It was apparent that they wanted to make every effort to ensure we had a good stay. Welcome drink was offered on arrival. We booked half board and the food was wonderful every night. Good choice for mains and drinks included which was a real bonus. The free afternoon cake was delicious (pay for drinks) and was enough to keep you going until dinner time. Breakfast was great too with all the usual offerings in an Austrian hotel. We had the same table everyday for breakfast and dinner and the waitress who was on every morning and evening for the whole week we stayed, was very pleasant and attentive. She looked after us really well. We used the whirlpool everyday and the new quiet lounge in the pool area was lovely to chill out in. The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of the town. Overall this hotel offers great value for money. Can't recommend it enough. We've booked to come back in summer 2024. More

This was the second time we spent a week at this classic Tyrolean family-owned hotel that gave us such a warm welcome during our first visit in 2016. After our first stay it was clear that if we ever come back to Seefeld we'll return to Central Hotel. The hotel has a very good location close to the town centre where it is easy to go the cafes, shops, summer concerts and the bus/railway station. The rooms are modern and stylish with a cosy Tyrolean touch – and it was always nice to return to the well-cleaned room after a long day spent outdoors hiking or cycling. This time we stayed in bigger double room on the top floor and had very nice views to the mountains from the panorama window. We found the size of the hotel to be perfect: not too big nor too small. I'd recommend booking half-board: the 4-course dinner is a real treat and suits well vegetarians as well which was an important criterium for us. There is variety in dishes and the desserts deserve a special mention. The waitstaff are true professionals with a sense of humour (our greetings to Nedo!). In our opinion the best thing about this hotel is the warm and at the same time very professional atmosphere the owners Angelika & Hans and the hotel staff succeed to create: you can really sense that they want to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The staff at the reception are friendly, attentive and always willing to help – they provided us with useful information and tips about bus & train timetables, bike rental, cycling routes, etc. We met the owners several times during the week and it was always nice to have a chat with them. We got the impression that a lot of the hotel guests keep coming back to this hotel. We especially want to thank the hotel manager Hans and Petra at the reception who helped us catch the Flixbus to Munich on the last day of our holiday week – we would have been in trouble without your quick reactions! Hotel & Appartements Oberhofer

My 4th time in this area for skiing on Stubai Glacier. This hotel probably offers the best value you can get in the entire valley.  It is modern, clean and very comfortable. Staff is super friendly and communicative.  I had booked the cheapest room they offer, and it  looks much better in reality than on the website pictures. It is very spacious , has a comfortable bathroom and separate toilet.  Glass wall to the balkony offers views that will take your breath away. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Hotel has a great SPA worthy of a 5+ star hotel with 4 types of sauna and a medium size pool with stunning views. Again the SPA area should be photographed better as in reality it looks much better than photos I saw on Booking. If you dont mind a little driving to skiing areas, this hotel is an awesome choice to spend luxury time and relax after time on the mountains. I will most certainly try to return and can recommend it with clear conscience to anyone.
Alpenpark Resort Superior

This was our eighth visit to the Alpenpark Hotel in the past 19 years. Since first going on 2005 to this latest trip the quality, service, accommodation was and is still excellent. Our restaurant server, Kristina was both charming and responsive. She sorted all our request and we missed her on her days off ! Asia in the Sports Bar continues to be a great host and runs that facility brilliantly. We did not spend much time with Manfred in the main bar, but as ever his service is also excellent. I would 100% recommend this outstanding hotel to anyone. From the front desk staff to the room service people, the entire hotel is outstanding. We can't wait to come back again soon.

Camere e hotel in generale veramente sporco: lenzuola macchiate di sangue, moquette in condizioni pietose, lenzuola ed asciugamani che dovrebbero essere bianchi e invece tendono o al giallo o al grigio, piatti e bicchieri spesso con chiazze di sugo o di cibo, un numero esagerato di insetti nelle camere. Il cibo è tremendo: bustine di salse scadute nel 2022, cibo scotto se non bruciato, le poche cose che altrimenti sarebbero quasi commestibili sono sempre gelide. Nell’arco di sei giorni, la camera è stata fatta una sola volta. Spesso le triple sono doppie (anche piccole per ospitare due persone) con l’aggiunta di una brandina (molto molto scomoda e rumorosa), inoltre i mobili sono quasi sempre rotti, i comodini ad esempio non stanno in piedi. Il personale è estremamente scortese e poco professionale: ci è stato chiesto di sparecchiare, alla richiesta di un asciugamano (che doveva in realtà già essere stato fornito) inizialmente mi è stato dato un tappetino per la doccia, poi, alla seconda richiesta, il gestore dell’hotel ha risposto scocciato, addirittura sbuffando, prima di darmi l’asciugamano. Il parcheggio è troppo piccolo e quando è stato chiesto al gestore di chiamare colui che aveva parcheggiato in doppia fila, impossibilitando l’uscita ad una macchina parcheggiata in modo consono, questo ha risposto che non sapeva di chi potesse essere il pulmino (falso, perché successivamente a numerose lamentele l’ha chiamato in pochissimo tempo) e di prendere un’altra macchina. Il personale dimostra poca professionalità anche litigando nelle aree comuni dell’hotel. L’ultimo giorno, inoltre, avevamo bisogno di chiedere una cosa e abbiamo così notato che non c’era nessuno in tutto l’hotel. In più, una persona che soggiorna con noi è celiaca: inutile dire che le opzioni in quanto a cibo per lei sono pressoché inesistenti (una sera ha ricevuto per cena solo quattro gamberi grigliati).

Aquí se siente en casa inmediatamente! En la recepción, en el bar, en el restaurante siempre personal amable. Los dueños también están en el lugar y viven cuidado de los clientes pax excelencia! Las habitaciones son muy elegantes y muy bien equipadas. La comida está en alto nivel y es algo para todos. Aquí me veo muy bien de nuevo
