Receive an enthusiastic welcome from a staff of several attentive, professional gentlemen… Ride in off-road vehicles past a coconut processing facility, over a creek, through hills and dense forest cover, 5-10 minutes to a well-maintained hilltop glass villa. Enjoy a welcome tea and the sights and sounds of the jungle. Sit poolside as you consider your dinner choices from a wonderful menu of local and familiar world options. We had the benefit of arriving a bit early - hearing we were hungry, the chef and team prepared an absolutely delicious and richly abundant lunch spread for us while we met and enjoyed two of the hilltop’s friendly resident dogs. We’re grateful to say we’ve travelled more than our fair share, and can honestly say that we’d rate Bubdike Sandueuwan and the entire staff’s attentiveness, care and professionalism with so many four and five star hoteliers in Greece, Croatia and Europe. To every detail from pillows, scents and a candlelight dinner. Two of us enjoyed riding ATVs on the property and an unplanned excursion off-property to a nearby temple. The staff made the stay personal, warm and anticipated every need. They embody and exemplify everything you hear about the hearts of Sri Lankans.
