Enjoy private end unit with outdoor furniture and garage. Best location in Brevard with quiet large clean beaches. Walk to restaurants, shops, great retail boutiques. The best fishing in nearby Sebastian inlet. Rent a bike nearby and tour the beautiful barrier island. River, fishing activities nearby include kayaking, paddle boarding or rent a boat /jet skis nearby. Convenient 1 hour drive to Orlando attractions, airports and NASA. House was clean, great location. Ocean is literally in the back yard, you just can’t see it from inside or the patio but walk 20 feet across the backyard and there it is. We had a small puppy with us so more yard worked out perfectly.

This was a great area and nice townhome right on the beach. I was disappointed that the fenced in area I saw in pictures was not fenced in. I thought that was misleading. Pics should be updated. Other than that, no complaints.

Townhome is a little weathered but great location — short walk to the beach. It’s in a section of Indialantic with a very long and quiet stretch of beach. Restaurants in main part of town are a short walk away. Neighborhood across the street was nice and safe for a leisurely bicycle ride. Joanie addressed minor concerns quickly.

Location , location, location Had a wonderful week at this beachfront condo. Exactly as pictured. Beach chairs were great to have. Actually we spent all of our time at the beach shell hunting. Lots of awesome restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay. We would certainly come back !Catherine
