Not worth it. It's extremely hard to get on the hotel transfer, that obly transfers 4 at a time. They say you need to book it in advance but they don't answer emails or messages through booking. So you'll end up needing to take a taxi or an uber, and usually it's hard for them to take up the trip because even though the hotel is only 8km from the airport, the route takes 2 tool cabins to get there, costing around 100 reais. The night recepcionist is not helpful, didn't inform about breakfast times or anything else for that matter. The transfer also doesn't work in the afternoons, so if you have a mid day flight like at 4 or 5 pm, you'll either have to go by cab or take the last morning transfer at 11am. Extremely disappointed at this hotel. Bourbon had a history of excellency and it was shattered with this experience.

The hotel is good, pretty standard bourbon hotel, friendly staff, decent food, decent room and all, but its located in a way that you cant avoid paying toll every single time you get in and out of it. So it added significantly to the price of staying there.

If you're someone who prefers convenience and easy access to local sights, this might be a drawback to consider. In terms of dining options, I found the choices to be limited around the hotel. It would have been convenient to have more nearby restaurants or cafes to explore. However, the hotel's on-site restaurant did offer a decent breakfast spread. The breakfast included options like eggs, bread, croissants, fruit, and juices, providing a satisfactory start to the day. Regarding the room itself, I found it to be comfortable and well-maintained. The housekeeping service was prompt and efficient, ensuring a clean and tidy room throughout my stay. It's always a relief when the hotel staff takes care of these details effectively. However, one aspect that fell short of expectations was the lack of basic amenities provided by the hotel. Considering the tariff paid for a room, it would have been reasonable to expect amenities like toothpaste and toothbrush to be included. These small essentials are often appreciated by guests, as they save the hassle of packing or purchasing them separately. On a positive note, the hotel staff exhibited friendly and helpful behavior, making the check-in process smooth and addressing any queries or concerns promptly. Their hospitality added a welcoming touch to the overall stay. In conclusion, my experience at Rio Hotel by Bourbon Indaiatuba had its pros and cons. While the room was comfortable, the housekeeping service was commendable, and the breakfast was satisfying, the hotel's location, limited nearby attractions, and lack of basic amenities were areas of improvement. If you prioritize convenience and a variety of nearby options, it's worth considering these factors before booking. However, if you're seeking a comfortable room with satisfactory service, Rio Hotel by Bourbon Indaiatuba might still be a suitable choice.

Generally the hotel is not that bad, but there are some major issues regarding the hotel. Hotel is located in a locked area, so it means that you can not take a long walk to other places or to supermarkets. I have some concern about the safety perspective, specially when breakfast are served, since I noticed that they don't always clean their dishes properly. One of the drinking glasses had lipsticks on and because of this, I deliberately did not want to eat dinner or lunch at this hotel. I do however need to warn you against this place, it is very hard to get Uber for rides from this hotel, because Uber cancel all their rides to this hotel because there are some road Tull fees that has to be paid. I have had to wait nearly 2 hours for my uber ride. The hotel charge 400 BRL to drive you to airport and that price is insane. I spent a lot of time with the key card for my door. The magnet card looses twice everyday its information, so it means that every time I am trying to go to my room, then I cant open the door because all the information in the card has been erased.
