Miarosa Incekum West Resort

Family holiday in August 2024. Older children 18/15 yrs. Staff: A few of the staff are happy and helpful. Shout out especially to Memet at the pool bar. The most friendly member of staff at the hotel. I asked for another sheet for our room at reception but my request was ignored. Food: Not much variety, but plentiful. It wasn't the focus of our holiday and we certainly didn't starve. If you want chips they are only available near the beach between 11 - 4, also serving potato croquettes 😋, chicken nuggets, burgers and salad. Drinks: Beers good, cocktails are a mystery 😂, vodka drinks are strong (I put this down to the strong russian clientele). Don't have to wait too long at the bar. Self service coffees and hot choc etc from a machine. Water is freely available from fridges all around the hotel at any time. Rooms: Aircon is very good, some might say too good, hence my request (ignored) for an extra sheet for the bed. Rooms cleaned daily and water in fridge replenished. I'm not sure how often the towels were changed. Not widely advertised but pool towels are available for a deposit - go to reception. You can change them whenever you want. Sun loungers: never a problem getting what we needed (4) or parasols by the beach, bit less available at the pool. Loungers have padded cushioning. I recommend the beach area for a nice breeze and there's no in your face music there either. We got loungers mostly on the promenad-ey bit cos you can get in/out of the incredibly warm sea without getting sandy toes. There are a couple of fresh water showers near the beach to rinse off the salty water which is a nice touch. Transfer time: Private taxi was approx 1.5 hrs Entertainment: Not brilliant but not high on our list of priorities. Loud music did go on a bit too late on a few nights. Location: there doesn't appear to be much in the vicinity. I looked at getting a bus into Alanya but it seemed like a ridiculously long journey and not worth the time, effort or money. Note: 2 of the 4 of us got sickness and diarrhoea - can't say what the source was but thought it was worth a mention here. Overall we had a good time, good value for money I think, but not sure we would return. If in doubt, I would say it's a good place for a family holiday, you probably won't be disappointed but really depends what you're looking for.

It's a very beautiful place which smells like a flowers and sea thanks to amazing garden around the hotel. The view is breathtaking - it's the perfect place for people who want to chill in the nature and enjoy it. Service is very gentle, kind and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean, also there is free wi-fi on the complex. Food is good, various fish, vegetables, grilled meats. It's a good place for relaxing holiday. I was here twice with my husband and I hope it wasn't the last time :)

Beach 5* ,Room 4*,Services 3*,Food 2*,Coffe 1*.If you speak turkish or russian ,then is fine,else you ll speak in the desert.If your priority is a beautiful sandy beach with clean water,then you should go there,else think about.If the price of holliday is low-medium then is worth it,else not really.I was before at 2 locations in Turkey with better services far away,but with worse beach, far away😏So finally,it depends what you want for holiday.Please dear hotel,do something and take machines with real coffe,not with only with solubile coffe,even we ll pay more😏

We was in the hotel for 3 days, and happy we didn’t stay longer. No one from the workers speaks English, some speak Russian others don’t even speak that, only Turkish. If you don’t tip them in the first day, all of them gonna be mad and doesn’t even smile nor help you in the bar.. In the room the conditioner didn’t work when it was +30 outside, we tried to ask them to fix it several times but some didn’t understand the others said everything works… we got berarly sleep at night of how warm it was. The food was good, the only thing is you only get food when it’s time for it, no snacks in between the meals. After dinner you can only get cold night soup which didn’t taste anything for 30min. When we came the first day in the night we couldn’t even have some food after a long trip. I wouldn’t come back here. The beach was very beautiful and sandy, you will always get sun beds since the beach is only for hotel guests.

Отдыхали в этом отеле несколько раз. Выбираем его, когда надо экономить. Т.к любимый Ялихан Уно дороже многих пятёрок. Но он того стоит. Тут прекрасные виды,замечательный садовник,который каждый уголок превратил в цветущий сад, много тени, хорошее море (можно с песка в лагуне, с пирса и есть кусочек на большом пляже ,рядом с Утопией. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Нормальные номера, уборка посредственная,но уборщицы улыбчивые. Из плюсов в лобби добавили кофе зону. Там работали замечательные девочки. Еда стала лучше . Попали на Турецкую ночь с живой музыкой,это было замечательно. Т.е отель должен стремиться к концепции спокойного отдыха и единения с природой. Но всё портит грохочущая музыка из колонок перед бассейном Номер всегда берём с видом на море. Отдохнуть днём невозможно! Несколько раз просили аниматоров-бесполезно! В 23г ухитрялись Моргенштерна с матюками поставить (( Отдыхают в основном семейные пары и пожилые. И постоянные посетители выбирают отель именно из-за моря. А отдохнуть спокойно не получается. А жаль. Можно было сделать эко-релакс отель. Шумных отель в Турции навалом. А тихих мало. Берите пример с Ялиханов и будет вам счастье. Дом хозяина на территории отеля и он часто раньше подходил спрашивал как отдых. Надеюсь прислушается. Удачи вам. Ведь место чудесное

Посетили данный отель в июле 2024. Номер дали классный. Из еды и напитков всегда есть что найти. Вечером много блюд на гриле, фруктов и изысков. Столовая довольно тесная, но если найти хорошее место, то будет удобно. В баре у бассейна готовят вкусный турецкий кофе. В лобби баре также можно попить чай/кофе с десертом и отдохнуть. Спокойный семейный отель. Лежаки на пляже всегда можно найти. В барах хорошее пиво и вино, коктейли средние. Каждый день есть развлечения в меру, музыка и днём перекусы. Нам очень понравилось здесь и мы хорошо отдохнули
