Imola Suites

This place was really terrible. The appartament was good, but... We arrived on the 28th in the night and should stay 5 nights. In the morning came neighbours and firefighters telling that this apartment has problems with water and we couldn't stay there. The owners of Imola resort didn't want to resolve this situation. We spent half of the day resolving the problem of owners, they gave opportunity to sleep one more night in another appartament and just put us outside the on the street without resolving this situation. So I will not recommend this place. Bad behaviour and not respect to the customer. I would even not put one star for all stress what they did to us. And they even didn't do any discount for such situation. And even took more money for 2 nights. Better to look for another place.

What can I say I booked this appartments last year with previous management three weeks ago I confirmed everything was OK for our visit ,the lady Martha said no problem and them last Friday she phoned me to say our rooms had been flooded I have family living in imola ,and thes said imola hadn't had much rain ,Martha said we can't have appartments, I explained to her that we had paid for our flights, grand prix tickets ,and accommodation in London the night before we fly ,but she didn't care and then a couple of days later our rooms are being advertised to rent out ,for more than triple the price, she is a wicked evil lady I ask that nobody books this place whatever the price, and to be honest I've stayed there 4 times before, and the last time it was completely filthy with no door handles ,no crockery, so please stay away
