At checkin, we had to ask to exchange to the room we booked. Walls are thin, our room next to cleaning staff rest area. Very noisy. Late at night and early in the morning at 7am, they knocked on our door asking to “check water heater “. I told them nothing was wrong with it, but knocked again an hour later. It was very scary, as if they wanted to get into our room. Front desk apologized but did not have an explanation of why the water heater needed to be checked. Will not stay again.

Checking in at reception was so easy, the moment we arrived we were welcomed by every single member of staff that we seen, exceptional customer service to the highest standards. We were in the suite room and we were not disappointed the suite is amazing so spacious and clean, we had afternoon coffee and cakes in the restaurant and again the service was 5 star from the restaurant staff. I work in the hotel industry in the UK at a 5 star hotel, I would thoroughly recommend the Richmonde Hotel it’s such a great location too.

The best ang breakfast buffet nila so far. Nice din ang view sa room namin. Complete set of toiletries, slippers and a laundry bag. They also have complimentary bottled water and coffee in our room with an electric kettle. Malaki din ang lobby nila which is also nice. May gym and pool din sila. The total experience is excellent. We will surely come back. Thank you sa discount, Trip.
