The cleanliness of the place and rooms was good, but there were many issues with the behavior of the staff at the pool bar.
For some reason, they treated guests as if they were their personal friends, which felt very UNPROFASSIONAL and INAPPROPRIATE.
As it was my child’s birthday, I tried to coordinate food and drinks with the restaurant manager well before the day. I even left my phone number, but NO ONE contacted me even after more than a week had passed.
While I understand the need to save on electricity, the large lobby had NO AIR CONDITIONING, making it even hotter than outside as soon as we walked in.
The air felt stuffy and uncomfortable, which left a bad impression.
I used to visit frequently, but the hotel’s image has been steadily declining perhaps due to a change in management or poor oversight.
The overall experience is no longer what it used to be. Most notably, the food at the restaurant is now the worst part of the stay.
