a perfect getaway for the weekend. we arrived late and only stayed a night, wished that we couldv'e stayed longer. very satisfied with everything! if you want a peaceful and relaxing vacation this is the trip! expect no good data service although they have wifi but who cares, it's the most perfect time to do away with the hussle and juggles of a busy life. customer service is impeccably one of the best from arrival and drop off! we were greeted with a warm welcome, accomodated beyond expectations, and the staff were extremely helpful! food- delicious! the menu was limited when we were there but food was great! I cannot complain! kudos to the Chef! the place itself is a gem! it's so beautiful! we initially booked the beach front but moved to the hilltop room which was in my opinion was better! it had an amazing view! if you decide to stay make sure you check out the whole resort! there are a lot of picture perfect spots! it was a lovely stay at Balay Kogon!

Hi. binok pala ako ng kapatid ko sa la fiesta hotel sa ililo per 9 days ok nmn ung serbisyo nila un nga lang nahirapan pa ko sa pagkuha ng inumin ng tubig. kailangan ko pang maghanap sa kalayo layo o bumili ng distiled sa 7-11. nagtanong dn ako sa Guardia sabe LNG Nila Malayo ung water filling station dito sir. So walang choice buti NLNG may 7-11. and ung tubig na lumalabas sa poso minsan masangsang ung amoy ung nagalawang na gripo. Tot ahora yan ang experience ko sa hotel.

Although the hotel LOOKS nice and is well designed, it is so poorly operated and managed it really ruined our stay. It all started at checkin when on my booking I had requested two adjoining or adjacent rooms as we have 4 small kids and total 7 in our party. I was given two rooms on two different floors. It wasn't until I complained loudly and explained my written request that they finally accommodated us. They only gave us one key for each room and since the room requires a card key for power and air con I asked for an additional key to which they wanted more money. It went down hill badly from there. When we got to the room the kids quickly realized that both rooms doors never locked and anyone could just walk in our rooms without a key. (This was recurring throughout the stay) Next was that the room air con remotes didn't work because the batteries were dead. Next were the non working TV's. And then the broken safe. Then the non working refrigerators. After that was the non-existent hot water. That one really pissed me off as the staff decided that I was an ***** that didn't know how to operate a faucet and they were going to teach me how to turn it on after I had waited over 10 + minites for hot water in the shower, bathtub and sink. How insulting and belittling to me to think that I don't know how to turn on hot water. Ultimately the hot water that evening was at only 37c. The errors continued throughout the evening until bed with the room, towels, internet, etc. During that evening I asked to speak to a manager about my issues as they were far too numerous but I was told there wasn't one available until Friday. So I told them I wanted an appointment on Friday. Our next morning we went to the restaurant for our included breakfast. Although there were 9 workers from my count and only 4 guests we got zero service at all. Not to mention the food was all cold. Their selection was purely Philippino and very few options either. My kids had toast for breakfast. We then went swimming in their pool. It's a nice view there on top but unfortunately there were no towels for us and the bathrooms were disgusting with no way for us to wipe or clean ourselves. Can't imagine how many get back in the pool like that. Surprisingly, they did have hot water there. When we returned to the room, none of our room keys worked for either room. We got news keys again. Then as we were getting ready to leave I realized that one of the keys they gave me could actually open ANY ROOM IN THE HOTEL. I asked one of the front desk people to accompany me while I showed them and they KNEW they had given me a master key and were ok with it. What ??? Later that morning we left for the day and returned at 430pm. I anticipated meeting the manager upon my return but unfortunately they arrived at 2 and left at 4 and they decided since I left the hotel I didn't need the manager anymore. Upon returning to the room we found out that the room doors were unlocked

Es siempre un placer visitar el Days Hotel. Creo que fue un viaje #5. De la entrada a la salida, el personal siempre es sorprendente. Ililo Super Mart en el nivel de tierra siempre es una bendición para sólo acerca de cualquier elemento. At checkin, we had to ask to exchange to the room we booked. Walls are thin, our room next to cleaning staff rest area. Very noisy. Late at night and early in the morning at 7am, they knocked on our door asking to “check water heater “. I told them nothing was wrong with it, but knocked again an hour later. It was very scary, as if they wanted to get into our room. Front desk apologized but did not have an explanation of why the water heater needed to be checked. Will not stay again.

Location is good if you want to travel within Iloilo city. Super accessible for everything. Deluxe room is so spacious and comfortable. Lobby is the best. Crew is super bait and accomodating. Resto besides the hotel is super good. Price is cheap but the serving is super madami and offcourse food is super namit. Highly recommended for staycation also. If you want to have a party at night place is super suitable. Thank you Mo2 for the very relaxing place.🥰
