Otelin konumu güzeldi, geniş bir park içinde yüksek ağaçlarla çevrilmiş sessiz bir yerdi. Otel binası da dışardan elegant ve tarihi bir yer olarak görünüyordu. Ama bu güzel yerde bize verilen odalar hiç iyi değildi. İlk odamız tesisin arındırma veya motorlu çalışan bir kör noktasına bakıyor, hiç manzara olmadığı gibi bir de gürültü vardı. Ertesi gün odayı değiştirttik bu seferde yine iç avlu kısmına karanlık, güneş almayan bir manzarası olmayan bir oda verildi .Oda temiz ve bakımlıydı ama oda hapishane gibiydi. Üstelik buzdolabı da bozuk çıktı, sonra değiştirdiler. Kısaca otelin manzaralı odalarının nasıl olduğunu göremedik.

Vine con mi familia a Bosnia. Planeamos permanecer en la regente malaquista. Reservamos una suite deluxe con una sala de conexión. Una vez llegamos llamé a la recepción para enviar la casa de TGE y luego después de mucho tiempo que llegaron. Le pedí tejidos porque no había ni una caja de tejidos en la suite ni en la habitación ! Y sólo había 4 pegajosas para ropa así que le pregunté más que ella volvió con una caja de tejidos y no pegajosas cuando le pregunté dónde y cómo debo colgar las ropas que ella era muy ruda y mi marido le preguntó por las pijamas extras que ella estaba literalmente gritando no No no ... esta es mi primera vez que enfrentamos este tipo de cosas en un hotel de 5 estrellas. Estoy muy decepcionado incluso la suite no es tan buena que no estaba esperando. No recomiendo realmente este hotel y seguro que no volverá. En el supermercado, he comprado mis propios abrasadores para mantener mis ropas en el gabinete.

We stayed for two nights, my nine year old son and myself. We paid £173 for two nights. The swimming pool was very good. Breakfast buffet is huge and lots of food. We are at the dinner buffet one night and also had the a la carte the other night, both meals around £25 for the two of us and more than we could eat. Ice cream each was £2. Close to airport but with windows closed you don't hear anything. Lots of local attractions. The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, the waiters were attentive to my son and very kind to him. Attached to the hotel is kinderland, which is a soft play and trampoline centre all in one, superb value and you pay £3 for all day and can come and go, but it's not the UK, you have to be responsible for your own child. Table football was a mark a go (50pence) Drinks and coffee at the hotel were £2 for coffee or soft fizzy drinks. The staff were so kind and made sure we had the hotel number to ring if we got into any issues in town. A good hotel for all, the rooms were massive with a balcony. Do be aware that the cafe restaurant allows smoking I'm a smoker so I was happy As a dad traveling alone with my son, they didn't ask silly questions about where his mother was, the staff simply looked after him really well. The hotel is a great price for what we had, there is sometimes a language barrier but the staff do care. The swimming pool is very strict and made it clear children are to be with parents at all times. We would come back here

We stayed at this campsite for one night. It's the ideal location for a visit to Sarajevo. The tram is just a short walk away, and it gets you into the old town within 30 minutes. The campsite itself is rather big, has some huge trees to provides shade and also has a modern and very clean toilet block. However, there is only one toilet block for the whole campsite. Wifi is also available for free, but only in the reception and restaurant area. We also had small problems with the electricity. There are only very few power distribution boxes and you need a rather long cable to reach one of them.
