We arrived at the hotel for a 5 day trip as a couple, the bell boy and reception staff couldn’t do enough for us and in fact the whole staff in the hotel go above and beyond to make sure you are well looked after and have everything you need! We couldn’t fault the staff in any way! Facilities wise- One heated pool outside that gets pretty crammed the others are absolutely freezing! Food- This is where it gets disappointing! The hotel does not cater for English people there was no bread for toast at breakfast, no sausage, no bacon, no English condiments that you would traditionally have so you struggle to eat every morning! It is all catered for generals and Russians! We did raise these concerns with the hotel manager and guest service manager and they both agreed that the hotel doesn’t cater for English and tried there best in catering for us via the A La Carts which we appreciated but again a fish a la carte restaurant we didn’t eat much! The steak a la carte wasn’t open but was not advised of this prior to coming or upon check in! Evening entertainment was ok- live music but ended at 10pm and then there was nothing else to do around the hotel. Going forward I think working for a top airline who is promoting this hotel they need to think about the English cliental and think how they can improve to encourage more English to come rather than stay away!

Hotel was above expectations - excellent accomodation. Large suite with balcony overlooking pool. Cleaning staff very attentive and thorough. Pool area was kept very clean and tidied every morning. Plenty of sunbeds (no issue with saved beds) and poolside activities every day. Restaurant facilities were excellent - plenty of choice for every meal, staff helpful and friendly. Great bar facilities, open late every night - staff there very friendly and happy to serve you and chat. Special thanks to Enes for his attentive service! All aspects of holiday as per brochure, beach 10 minute walk (ish!) Again staff at the beach were helpful and friendly - bar and food there was great. Will be booking again soon

I can call myself a regular customer of the place, and I am far from being capricious but this time I have very mixed feelings. It’s a long story, and it must be read and taken into consideration by the hotel management and the owners of the business! Here I only assess the service. My husband and I stayed here in 2020 and 2021 during the tough years of the pandemic, last year together with our 19-year-old daughter and my elderly parents. All the five of us loved the place so much that we made a decision to book it again this year. However, it was fully booked till 26, October. Our vacation started on 16, October and we stayed at another hotel of the same chain (Hane Smart) and moved here on 26, October because we desperately wanted to stay here. It was a mistake, though. When we arrived we found out that the Hane Family was overbooked and they could not provide us with 2 rooms (we booked a family and a standard) and offered all of us to stay in a family suite for 2 nights. 5 adults, 1 bathroom… We did not mind it though we were not pleased that much. The receptionist (Nuriyam) apologised for the inconvenience and offered an a la carte restaurant reservation, a free safe box (it’s a paid service here) and free cocktails each of us (imported alcohol cocktails cost 5 € per one). When we decided to have our cocktails in the lobby bar they told us to go to the pool bar with our cocktail vouchers. It was 11:30 am. A man at the bar refused to serve us for a reason he tried to explain in… German. I work in a hotel myself and I should point out that the international language of hospitality is still English, even in Turkey, isn’t it? Even if you mainly work with German tourists, you have to speak elementary English! And your non-German tourists are not supposed to speak German! We left our parents and daughter at the pool and went to the reception to clarify the situation. The same receptionist called the pool bar and told us to get back and get the cocktails. We went there again, and again the same man at the bar refused to serve us. We insisted, he answered something in a foreign language which was a mix of some words with a few English words among which I could only get ‘eat’ and the gesture of eating. It was also obvious he couldn’t make cocktails or didn’t want to do it. What he meant was still unclear to me. I was looking at him in great surprise and he pointed at his temple with his index finger near which in most European countries is considered to be an indication ‘you are stupid’ A hotel employee showing a guest that he or she is stupid with a gesture!!! Very rude and highly unprofessional!!! I was shocked! We went to the reception AGAIN. This time the receptionist called the restaurant manager and went with us. It turned out that the man at the bar is.. just a waiter who poured beer and Sprite while the real bartender was having his lunch. He simply could NOT explain it in English, because his English is so poor that he even cannot say ‘barte

Als Gast im MIRA PALACE kann ich nur schwärmen von den vielfältigen Zimmeroptionen, die für jedes Budget und jeden Anspruch das Richtige bieten. Egal, ob ich mich für ein Standardzimmer entscheide oder mich für eine luxuriöse Suite verwöhnen lassen möchte, ich kann sicher sein, dass ich einen unvergleichlichen Luxusstandard erlebe, den ich nicht mehr missen möchte. Die Zimmer im MIRA PALACE sind einfach fantastisch! Schon beim Betreten meines Zimmers fühle ich mich wie in eine andere Welt versetzt. Die stilvolle Einrichtung, die hochwertigen Materialien und die durchdachten Details lassen keine Wünsche offen. Ob ich nun geschäftlich unterwegs bin und einen ruhigen Rückzugsort zum Arbeiten brauche oder ob ich mit meiner Familie entspannte Urlaubstage verbringe – in meinem Zimmer finde ich immer den perfekten Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen.

This is a wonderful hotel…. Maybe not 5 star…. But for the money… absolutely amazing!! The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and nothing was too much trouble!! There are too many wonderful staff to mention them all …. But I shall name a few that definitely went above and beyond! Berk… the Guest Relations guy was so friendly and did an amazing job… dealing with(what I will politely call) difficult guests!! Mhemet … the Food and Beverage manager… did everything he could to accommodate people’s preferences… and I watched on several occasions that he made people who had their birthdays and anniversaries… feel very special… with flowers, petals and even a cake!! The lovely girl on reception (whose name escapes me!! Sorry🤦‍♀️) was absolutely amazing… so friendly and accommodating!! I cannot wait to return to this wonderful hotel and shall be this year!!!

Fébeach Hotel Staff es un gran hotel. La comida es buena selección y muchos para elegir entre 4 manos, muchos lados y desiertos. Jugo de fruta es extraño muy fuerte como no se ahídrido. habitación de hotel Buen tamaño habitación de hotel más sofá y cama de sofá. TV era pequeña pero observable. Air con fue sorprendente Te da un refrigerador seguro con unos pocos trago gratis Las camas fueron duras pero dormible Ducha fue super-caliente con alta presión que fue sorprendente. Las habitaciones limpias cada día con toallas frescas Wi-Fi 2 tipos Primer es libre pero mal señal a menos que en el lobby Segunda es de 10 o 200 liras para su estancia. Cambio. Traje liras turcas pero usan euros para ver el tipo de conversión. Sin embargo, aceptan tanto lira como euros. Entertainment Dj estaba en reproduciendo canciones inglesas y alemanas en el bar Piscina tabla es de 5 € por hora Darts cada día 11am & 3pm -es gratis Piscinas Piscina interior estaba abierta y calentada La piscina principal exterior estaba congelada como se cierra en Jan 2 niños piscinas No hay mucho que hacer fuera del hotel, no hay bars ni lugares para comer en cualquier lugar a menos que contrate un taxi que sea barato. El hotel ha sido muy malo. No hay música por unos días. Laptop dj en unos pocos y un grupo de baile de 30 minutos contratado por una noche. Costes WLAN 100 liras Nightclub entrada 300 liras Aircon es gratis y mi dios vale la pena Taxi son baratos 5€ a lado y 10€ a Malgavat Mercado / tiendas Fanta 1ltr es 15lira fresco naranja es 10lira 20 cigs son 33lira Pringles 2.5€ Adventures Turquía baño fue €16 can añadir 30mins extra para 20€ Viaje de barco y mercado es 20 € ocupado pero muy bueno 100 € es 2000lira 10 € es 200 liras 1 € es 20 liras
