Miramare Beach Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

Fantastic hotel for a end of year break we have travelled the 2bd weekend in November for three years now and have been blessed with very agreeable weather 23-29 through the day falling to 15-17 in the evening. Great variety of food, very comfortable accommodation, courteous staff and facilities we find are all 1st rate.

Bed a bit on the hard side. But the room was spacious and cleaned well. Carly at the customer relations desk was brilliant with us. Good luxury feel to the hotel. The staff were very courtious and very friendly. Food was excellent! Entertainment was reasonably good. Would definitely go again But would say its a very German oriented hotel. But don't let this put you off.

We have just returned from two weeks at the Miramare Beach Hotel. We were a family of 5 adults in three rooms. Two were side sea view and my youngest son seemed to get an upgrade to a sea view room. All rooms were very spacious, include a fridge that is restocked daily, a coffee machine, robe & slippers, balcony and bathroom toiletries. Beds were quite hard and did give us a bit of backache, but several pillows supplied for you to choose from. We ate at the Italian A La Carte which was lovely. Food in buffet was good and everyone always found something to eat. Three of us became unwell with sickness and diarrhoea after Fish Night in the buffet. Unsure if something they ate or a bug they all picked up. Always managed to get a sun-bed, not always by pool but plenty on beach. Sea was lovely and so warm. Enjoyed the water slides. Did have some language problems as not that many English staying there, but generally managed to get what we wanted. Cocktails were hit and miss, definitely the worst Mojito I have ever had from the Sunset bar. Overall we enjoyed our holiday.

I have been going to Turkey for more than 12 years and I have never had such a bad experience with a hotel as I had with this one. we studied a lot and reviewed before deciding to choose this hotel, but they are not real at all. ever since I arrived I had a bad experience at the hotel reception receiving a different room than the one I had paid for, the reason being that the room I paid for is occupied. I stayed for 2 days in a low-cost room, paying more, with the promise from them that they would give me a front view camera at no extra cost for the mistake they made. After 2 days, I actually received the room I had paid for, not front view camera as I was assured. so 2 days lost in a low cost room without anyone returning even the difference in money, me paying for a superior room. as far as the food is concerned, this is repeated daily and there are very few options to choose from. the restaurants are open at about the same time, if you want to eat something between meals or if you missed a main meal, you have to wait for the next one. in the evening there is a change in the food at dinner, for example in the Italian evening they only had tiramisu and risotto extra compared to the normal food. on the entertainment side, very bad in the evening, being 2 activities. 20:30-21:15 mini kids disco and 21:15-22:00 a show for the adults. starting with 22:00 there is nothing to do. Verry low english speak on all personal . the only ok ones were the girls from the kids club who really do their job well, they are gentle and good with children. there is no bar on the beach, it is close to the pool, you have to walk a bit to get something to drink. Overall is a hotel to avoid , only looking good from outside but cleaning and all is terrible . Ps :I know hotel will reply and I cannot reply back ,so I will leave you here photos of first room and second room so you guys can see truth. First picture is the first room we receive at arrival ( land view witch they say wass sea side view :))) ) and second picture is the room we initially pay for ( sea side view not front side view ) as they say il receive as upgrade because of mistake they made at first time ! Worst experience ever !!!

We paid for a room with a side view of the sea and they gave us a room with a back view. They said that they didn't have my room available and that we should stay there, that the next day they would give us a room with a direct view of the sea. the next day they gave us the room with a side view of the sea (the room we were supposed to have from the first day) and said that they did not have the room with a direct view of the sea available as they promised us. They said that upon departure they would let us check out late at 5:00 p.m. and on the last day they said that this is no longer possible. Some ordinary liars, especially the receptionist Derya and the receptionist Mustafa. The sunbeds at the pool were broken and, being made of metal, they burned like hell. and we and the child got burned. On the beach you don't have the possibility to sit on a deckchair in the sun, they are covered by welded umbrellas that don't close. The indoor pool is always closed..TheThe staff do not speak English well, only Turkish, Russian and a little German. I gave a grade 1 and that's only for the girl from the kids' club,name Sevra, who entertains the children, otherwise they deserved a grade 0. Do not go to this hotel
