A great location. Near to Ilfracombe, but close to other good towns in North Devon. located just a few hundred yards from a restaurant. The accomodation was very comfortable and clean and quiet. Lovely rural outlook across fields of horses. Easy to get relaxed. The hosts were knowledgeable of the area and very welcoming. I would use this accomodation again. Thank you.

We recently planned a trip to Lundy Island, and Mulacott Farm turned out to be the perfect base. It offered charming bed and breakfast accommodation along with convenient car parking. All we needed to arrange were taxis to and from Ilfracombe harbour for the shuttle. Alison was incredibly helpful and welcoming—we’ll definitely be back next time we visit North Devon.

I highly recommend Mullacott Farm B&B. I stayed there twice, and would definitely like to return. Located just outside Ilfracombe, and around 10 minute drive from Woolacombe, the accommodation is very clean and well maintained, offering comfortable lodgings. There are lots of breakfast choices, including own made sausages, and the option of having a packed meal. Good quality food and hot drinks options. Alison and her family are friendly and hospitable. The farm has different animals such as chicken, ducks, geese and goats, also Danny and Moo 😊

Great stay as usual, same excellent service as always. Clean spacious rooms, secure car parking and bike store. We’ve used Mullacott three or four times over 6 years for Lundy trips and lately coast to coast cycling and would recommend to anyone.

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly with a great breakfast. Close to other areas of interest. Easy to access. Set in a beautiful area close to the sea. Good facilities if you want to bring back takeaways or ready meals. Easy parking next to the accommodation.

Pleasant room. Very welcoming and helpful host. Just right for staying before leaving for Lundy and returning. Was able to leave the car there rather than in long stay car park. Eating area outside which would have been lovely if the weather had been kinder.

We always use Mullicott before going to Lundy as we can leave the car there , we stay the night before and after .The staff are so friendly and nothing is to much trouble The rooms are well equipped comfortably, lovely and spacious, ours was on the ground floor this time and we even had a outside area with seats, upstairs is still as spacious Although the breakfast is not a full cooked sit down option you can have a breakfast or as we do have a packed meal to take away I always have a ploughman's which is generous and well packed I would highly recommend Mullicott

Absolutely lovely BnB, friendly lady introduced herself and let us check in early having driven up from Bristol the night before and having nowhere to go. Explained everything very well. The views on the farm and around the BnB are stunning. Lots of cute animals. Such fresh air. The room was very clean and tidy and a good size. Even the little details like the smell of the shower gel was lovely. Bed very comfy. Good working internet. And OMG the breakfast was fantastic. And well presented in a nice bag so we could eat there or take it with us. Not a buffet style but all fresh and a lot of choice. I had the sausage and bacon roll as did my partner. Will Definitely stay here again when visiting his family.

Brilliantly appointed and very comfortable rooms - and a wonderfully friendly welcome from Allison and Adrian. Our travel arrangements to Lundy Island were uncertain when I booked the accommodation but they accommodated our ever-changing plans with no concerns at all. If you want to spend time in North Devon this is the place to stay - and, if you are travelling to Lundy Island, there is the option to leave your car at the Farm. This is the best B&B I've stayed in, probably, in the whole of the UK. I can't recommend it highly enough.
